Wow! what a great place, filled with every kind of battery you can imagine for every application that needs a battery. While visiting my mother, my iPhone XR froze up and I couldn't open up any apps, or use the phone. I tried a hard reboot but I still couldn't get it to work. I decided if I could remove the battery, and reinstall it I could reboot the phone. At the same time since the phone was going on for 4-years, I thought why not get a new battery while I was at it. Went in, they took the phone in the back to the repair shop, and the technician was able to restore my phone to working order again. In addition, they told me my battery was still good and didn't need a new battery. No charge, they were extremely helpful and honest to a fault. Excellent service, and honesty. While I was there I asked if they could test my car battery and did so offering great advice about how to best care for my car battery. About 1 month ago, I had a Duracell motorcycle battery go bad that I bought from them. It had a "2 year full warranty". Unfortunately it went bad 2 weeks before the 2 year warranty was up. I called their Santa Ana store and they told me to bring it in and they would replace it for no charge. I told them I live in Palm Desert and bought it from the Palm Desert store. They told me to take it back to them and they would give me a replacement for no charge. When I did, they refused to honor the warranty. I bought a replacement elsewhere. Well, last week, another Duracell automobile battery that I bought from them with a "4 year full warranty" went bad. It was only 1 year 4 months old. I took it back and, again, they would not honor the warranty, but told me they would sell me a replacement for 1/2 price. When I arrived, they told me they could not sell me one that cheap, but would sell me the $214.00 battery for $140.00 plus tax. Unfortunately, I thought that they were a reputable business. I needed a new batterie for my I pad so I made a 5:30 appointment online. I was immediately sent a text reminding me of my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment at 5:10 I was told that they did not take appointments after 4pm and they didn't have the batteries to fix my I pad. I asked why was I not notified and the employee said that they called but left no message. Why was I not informed by text or email, he had no answer. Not only did they waste my time but my I pad still doesn't work. Very poor customer service, they need to update there website with this information. read more

Love these guys! My phone would charge slowly, and then lose the charge quickly. So I figured I needed a new battery. Called these guys up and they had one on site! They asked that I come back in 3 hours, but the called and left a message because they had it ready in 2 hours. I was not able to te get there until 3 minutes after they closed.
