Wow! what a great place, filled with every kind of battery you can imagine for every application that needs a battery. While visiting my mother, my iPhone XR froze up and I couldn't open up any apps, or use the phone. I tried a hard reboot but I still couldn't get it to work. I decided if I could remove the battery, and reinstall it I could reboot the phone. At the same time since the phone was going on for 4-years, I thought why not get a new battery while I was at it. Went in, they took the phone in the back to the repair shop, and the technician was able to restore my phone to working order again. In addition, they told me my battery was still good and didn't need a new battery. No charge, they were extremely helpful and honest to a fault. Excellent service, and honesty. My go-to place for batteries. read more

Walked in toward the end of the day today and they could not have been more welcoming and helpful... unless maybe if they served me a cocktail when I came in. Hah! Key fob needed a new battery and it was done in just a couple minutes. While I was there I asked if they could test my car battery and did so offering great advice about how to best care for my car battery. What was striking was I was not offered this advice when I bought the battery at AutoZone down the street. Needless to say, when I'm in need of my next battery, I'm coming back here. The woman who assisted me was knowledgeable, friendly and confident and is a huge asset to your store, unfortunately I did not get her name. Many thanks! read more

I had an issue with a motorcycle battery that was easily and professionally handled. Juan took care of me and I would highly recommend him if you have the time and choice. He's a huge asset to the establishment. In the chance that the manager reads these posts, Juan is well deserving of the best you can provide him. He's worth the highest pay scale available. read more

About 1 month ago, I had a Duracell motorcycle battery go bad that I bought from them. It had a "2 year full warranty". Unfortunately it went bad 2 weeks before the 2 year warranty was up. I called their Santa Ana store and they told me to bring it in and they would replace it for no charge. I told them I live in Palm Desert and bought it from the Palm Desert store. They told me to take it back to them and they would give me a replacement for no charge. When I did, they refused to honor the warranty. I bought a replacement elsewhere. Well, last week, another Duracell automobile battery that I bought from them with a "4 year full warranty" went bad. It was only 1 year 4 months old. I took it back and, again, they would not honor the warranty, but told me they would sell me a replacement for 1/2 price. When I arrived, they told me they could not sell me one that cheap, but would sell me the $214.00 battery for $140.00 plus tax. Unfortunately, I thought that they were a reputable business. I will be going back to Auto Zone to buy my batteries as they stand behind their warranties "no questions asked" read more

I just moved into the area shortly before the pandemic hit, so I didn't have time to learn about any local stores. A friend mentioned this place to me when I said I was having trouble finding a replacement bulb for my microwave. I called and described the bulb (didn't have it with me) but the person I talked to knew exactly what I wanted. They stock this item regularly, so I ran in and got two. The establishment takes appropriate pandemic precautions, which I 100% appreciate. Absolutely wonderful experience. Please shop here for all batteries and lightbulbs! read more

I found Batteries Plus Bulbs when googling for a place that would replace watch batteries on a Sunday. And...I had 8 watches to get running! I called...spoke with Shannon who said....come on it! He was able to swiftly replace 7 of my watch batteries (and he EVEN set the correct time-of-day on every watch...gave me a little discount!) Super fast, efficient, friendly service and the store is GREAT! Has every kind of bulb and batter imaginable. This is my NEW go-to location and is only about 9 miles from my home...and is conveniently located across (south side of Hwy 111) from the Westfield Mall next to the Chase Bank. They have an amazing array of task and flash/trouble lights...they fix certain computers....phone screens...& sell mobile phone accessories....and will even charge your car battery! All with great customer service and a smile! Thanks Shannon and thanks Batteries Plus Bulbs! read more

I needed a new batterie for my I pad so I made a 5:30 appointment online. I was immediately sent a text reminding me of my appointment. When I showed up to my appointment at 5:10 I was told that they did not take appointments after 4pm and they didn't have the batteries to fix my I pad. I asked why was I not notified and the employee said that they called but left no message. Why was I not informed by text or email, he had no answer. Not only did they waste my time but my I pad still doesn't work. Very poor customer service, they need to update there website with this information. read more

Love these guys! My phone would charge slowly, and then lose the charge quickly. So I figured I needed a new battery. Called these guys up and they had one on site! They asked that I come back in 3 hours, but the called and left a message because they had it ready in 2 hours. I was not able to te get there until 3 minutes after they closed. They were gracious and kind, and even though they were heading out the door and it took them extra work to take care of me, they did it anyway. Oh yea, for an extra 10 bucks, they replaced my broken cell phone screen protector. Nice! Thanks, Kyle for the suggestion. read more

Sonia and Juan went out of their way to help us select RV replacement battery on a road trip through the area. While Juan was helping us, an elderly woman came up to thank him saying she had traveled 50 miles to buy parts from him after his telephone assistance.
