It was returned to me dirty, my windshield rattles and is not secured on the driver's side now and my steering wheel makes a loud screeching noise when turned. Poor quality service, so don't let them sucker you with that deal. They did replace the batteries and that looks good. But geeze, really, what did I get for $375? A tire rotation? Go somewhere for that. I will say their delivery driver was a very nice and personable guy. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY WOW, so many lies! 1. My windshield was and is not broken, It JUST needs a new rubber thing NOW, but it was there when you picked it up and as it was not a problem before and it didn't need repaired. At least it was attached and not loose. Now its gone and the windshield is banging. Where did the rubber go from the time you picked it up and delivered it back to me? And if you knew there was a problem, why didn't you address it with me to repair it? I paid you $375 to repair my cart! 2. And if you had actually driven the cart to test it after repairing it, there is No Way on earth you did not hear that screeching sound in the steering wheel! 3. This is the first I'm hearing about kingpins, so I'm unaware of issues with that. Why didn't you address that with me? And you checked the bushings and said they would last another 2 years, so why replace them? 4. I canceled because of medical issue's... I explained that. And with this attitude you are LUCKY I EVEN WENT BACK TO YOU. I could have gone to so many other repair locations, but I was trying to be loyal to you and you treated me like doggie doo. And how could I refuse to pay when you never approached me for payment? But you did add to my bill and lied about why you charged me a fee. I should have walked away when you did that but again, I was trying to be the loyal customer... how do you sleep at night with such BS!

So when i saw they were closed, i panicked, and thought, what now? Luckily, little down the ways, we saw a booth and a store front of a phone repair shop "I Repair Expert". i hesitated at first, then walked in and was welcomed by a young man named Moe, and we proceeded to try and explain to him what has been bothering us and of course a million questions come flying out of both my mom and I. And this is the point where it usually goes south. Usually the clerk will give up and just try to put a temporary band aid on the issues. BUT NOT Moe. I have never met a more knowledgeable, professional, more patient and kind, and funny clerk ever! He walked us through our issues, one by one, in language we could understand. Explained all our options, multiple times with the most sincere answers for us, and actually FIXED our problem! I cannot say enough good things about this shop at the mall, and i usually never leave reviews, good or bad, but this one, really got to my heart, like they really cared to help us 2 old ladies who havent a clue. we felt empowered actually, leaving the store. Thank you Moe again for your knowledge and kindness and thank you for fixing my moms phone! anyone reading this review, that has been feeling defeated every time they leave their subscribers store, forget them, if you have any and i mean any phone questions, go see Moe at I Expert Repair, you wont be disappointed, thats a fact!
