He was very nice and I had already bought a cart here six years ago, which we haven't had any trouble with. I came back the next day with my sister and she was debating whether to spend the 7500 on the silver one which has no upgrades or a customized one for around 13,000 with all the upgrades, she chose the ladder and she loves it. They all have a lithium batteries which still has three years left on the warranty. If you read all the bad reviews most are ridiculous so please consider buying your golf cart here. I paid $375 for full service on my golf cart. I was told that included checking everything and cleaning of the cart. It was returned to me dirty, my windshield rattles and is not secured on the driver's side now and my steering wheel makes a loud screeching noise when turned. Poor quality service, so don't let them sucker you with that deal. They did replace the batteries and that looks good. But geeze, really, what did I get for $375? A tire rotation? Go somewhere for that. I will say their delivery driver was a very nice and personable guy. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY WOW, so many lies! 1. My windshield was and is not broken, It JUST needs a new rubber thing NOW, but it was there when you picked it up and as it was not a problem before and it didn't need repaired. At least it was attached and not loose. Now its gone and the windshield is banging. Where did the rubber go from the time you picked it up and delivered it back to me? And if you knew there was a problem, why didn't you address it with me to repair it? I paid you $375 to repair my cart! 2. And if you had actually driven the cart to test it after repairing it, there is No Way on earth you did not hear that screeching sound in the steering wheel! 3. This is the first I'm hearing about kingpins, so I'm unaware of issues with that. Why didn't you address that with me? And you checked the bushings and said they would last another 2 years, so why replace them? 4. I canceled because of medical issue's... I explained that. If I could give the owner of this place a 0 star I would. And, if I had read any of the many negative reviews about his business I never would have bought a golf cart here. Called trying to get a quote. We had our golf cart stolen and insurance was asking for quotes for "replacement value." The guy who answered the phone couldn't have been more rude. He said, "I've done quotes for a couple of other people just to have them buy somewhere else so NO, I won't give you a quote. I had a USB port installed in my Club Car Precedent in early January (8 months ago). One of the ports no longer works and had loosened. I stopped by to chat about it, find out my options and also inquire about installation of an evaporative cooler and a GPS system with Bluetooth. We are here full time now and playing every day through the summer.I will describe the greeting when I walked in the shop as dismissive and unhelpful. I thought if these folks are going to be dfficukt with a small repair, which I considered warrantable and they did not, it made me very concerned at how a much larger project might go. Therefore, I did not ask about the cooletbor GPS. They might've been having a bad day but, after reading the negative Yelp reviews today, it appears to be more of their style. They seem to be saying; If everything goes well, great, if we get a bad Yelp review, I'll just defend what we did and make the customer appear wrong. The real significant difference for me was how knowledgeable and professional both Michael and Juliann were. I bought a golf cart from the owner, Julian, in March 2020. Shortly thereafter one of his employees discovered there was an important part missing from my cart and he informed Julian about this. Julian promised to order the part and get back to me to have it installed. I never heard a word from him. Finally, I called him on June 25th (3 months later!) to ask what happened with the part he promised me. He had many excuses, but told me he would call the beginning of the next week to arrange to have the part installed. Once again I never heard from him as he promised. I have now called 2 more times and left voice messages and gotten no response. Unless you want to do business with an owner whose word is no good, I definitely recommend that you look elsewhere to buy your cart. If this issue ever gets resolved I will update this review, but I'm not holding my breath. Our sales person, (I don't know if people like being named, but we'll call him A), A was not only very knowledgeable about everything we asked about, he kept up with us while we were trying to figure out what we would add on, what we may change, etc. he devoted all of his time and attention to each need and question we had about several of the golf carts on their showroom. JWC had acquired 30-40 golf carts from a golf course and were selling some. The sales person said they were in pretty good condition. Batteries and tires would last a year or two. As soon as I got it i noticed it wobbles. I emailed Julian that the cart wobbled. He said it was the front dual suspension. I said strange that the other carts in the resort did not wobble. i Eventually went back to the shop and drove another cart from the same group (all alike). Surprise no wobble. They gave me a 90 day warranty. i changed out the rims and tires hoping it would help but it did not. Next the batteries went dead before the 90 days. Julian said bring it in. I said I had no way to do that. The charge to bring it in would be $150. I asked if it would be fixed if I brought it in. No they would inspect the batteries and then I would have to pay for new ones. So I can't figure out what a warranty at JWC is. I bought a lithium battery elsewhere. They sold us a reconditioned cart with new tires, rims, upholstery and pearl white paint. It looked new and absolutely beautiful! Since that time we have needed some minor maintenance. After we purchased a Condo in Palm Desert in November 2019 we needed to add a golf cart. We began looking, in March 2020, at different dealers and went into JWC's not realizing they sell reconditioned/rebuilt golf carts. We were greeted by Francisco, a nice friendly young man. Francisco explained what they did at JWC's to recondition/rebuild the carts that were displayed. My wife, being a demanding shopper, peppered him with questions! Francisco answered each question, even taking my wife into the back room to see how the conversion was done. We ordered a cart with a custom paint and upholstery job, along with some add on's and walked out with a custom golf cart. Based on my calculations we saved about four thousand from a new custom golf cart. Now it is May 2020 and I discovered rather large paint flaw on the body of my very pretty golf cart. Took it back to JWC expecting to have to fight for a non cost, to me, repair. Spoke to Mike another young man who works at JWC about the paint issue. The end result my carts paint was fixed, can't even see the fixed area, without a hassle. Cannot say enough good, nice things about JWC's golf cart sales and after sale service. Juliann was a real pleasure to work with. We looked at carts for about 3 weeks and ended up back at JWC's after seeing them prior. We went back cause of their polite service and pricing. Most of the places are similar in that they refurbish carts that come off of lease or replacement at golf courses, so about every 3-4 yrs. The thing we liked best working with Juliann, is that we found he was very detailed in showing us the differences (and potential scams of listings) and with all of the options they offer, they can pretty much cover any design you want. No extra charge to change rims and he delivered the carts the next day. What makes it even better, is that Juliann serves his country 5 days a week and still helps run his cart shop and a down to earth family man. Real pleasure to work with and we love our carts.
