He was very nice and I had already bought a cart here six years ago, which we haven't had any trouble with. I came back the next day with my sister and she was debating whether to spend the 7500 on the silver one which has no upgrades or a customized one for around 13,000 with all the upgrades, she chose the ladder and she loves it. They all have a lithium batteries which still has three years left on the warranty. If you read all the bad reviews most are ridiculous so please consider buying your golf cart here. Now we are happy and my sister is happy. Carlos made everything easy. Thank you for the great experience.

It was returned to me dirty, my windshield rattles and is not secured on the driver's side now and my steering wheel makes a loud screeching noise when turned. Poor quality service, so don't let them sucker you with that deal. They did replace the batteries and that looks good. But geeze, really, what did I get for $375? A tire rotation? Go somewhere for that. I will say their delivery driver was a very nice and personable guy. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY WOW, so many lies! 1. My windshield was and is not broken, It JUST needs a new rubber thing NOW, but it was there when you picked it up and as it was not a problem before and it didn't need repaired. At least it was attached and not loose. Now its gone and the windshield is banging. Where did the rubber go from the time you picked it up and delivered it back to me? And if you knew there was a problem, why didn't you address it with me to repair it? I paid you $375 to repair my cart! 2. And if you had actually driven the cart to test it after repairing it, there is No Way on earth you did not hear that screeching sound in the steering wheel! 3. This is the first I'm hearing about kingpins, so I'm unaware of issues with that. Why didn't you address that with me? And you checked the bushings and said they would last another 2 years, so why replace them? 4. I canceled because of medical issue's... I explained that. And with this attitude you are LUCKY I EVEN WENT BACK TO YOU. I could have gone to so many other repair locations, but I was trying to be loyal to you and you treated me like doggie doo. And how could I refuse to pay when you never approached me for payment? But you did add to my bill and lied about why you charged me a fee. I should have walked away when you did that but again, I was trying to be the loyal customer... how do you sleep at night with such BS!
