I was looking for headphones because my wireless ones were stolen on vacation. I was heading to the gym and I stopped into this Verizon store and I'm so grateful I did. I talked to Abby and Garrett and told them I needed headphones that went over my head. Garrett knew exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. He found me the best headphones that I absolutely love. He gave me color options and told me all about them, including the fact they are solar! He was extremely knowledgeable and personable. I was happy to buy from Abby and Garrett. They were both kind and fun to talk to. I will definitely be back. read more

What a nasty company, went there 8/13/24 at 6:07pm after I had been told to go there by Verizon. The girl working at the time was rude when I asked her for help. Her story was that store was a third-party store for Verizon and unless you pay $40.00, they can't help you. As a Veteran and a senior citizen, I was appalled that they would even ask for more money after the phones were sent to me from Verizon why doesn't Verizon honor there own phone at a store that says Verizon on it. I did return the phones back to Verizon this morning and told them I would do juts what I am doing let others know how it went with Verizon, and it was horrendous dealing with their customer service. I rather stay with T-Mobile. The service might not be as good as Verizon, but the customer service is a hell of a lot better. If I was you, I stay away from this Verizon store, better yet stay away from The Verizon company all together. In the long run, the lies Verizon sells you isn't worth falling for and their customer service for Cell phones is horrible. Take it from me, I've been run around for days now because of their BS. read more

Visited this store last week and what a joke. I wish I had left and went to a real Verizon. The two staff working were really unprofessional. They didn't get up from their seats for anything, yelled to me from their register when I walked in while a customer was sat right in front of them. I had to ask if I was interrupting because it was so rude. I needed a phone that instant but didn't want the newest model but surprise that's all they had in stock, one color available. I seriously don't trust the whole transaction. To top it off they were talking about all the entertaining apps and photos they've seen on peoples phones. So so unprofessional. Not to mention the barely 21 year old just put add ons on my bill without asking, like insurance. Yeah it makes sense but I should've been asked. The kid went on to say I should give him all tens on a survey if I got one, because anything less is failing to him. Maybe earn those scores instead of puppy eyeing me for them. On the upside there wasn't any wait and the location is convenient. Available parking. All in all, I'd recommend taking the extra ten minutes and driving to millbury. This store just seems like it's one day from closing. read more

The young man who worked w my daughter and me was knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to multitask and helped both of us plus other customers at the same time. He was the only one working and it was the day after Christmas and he took it all in stride read more

Customer Beware! Please go to this store with eyes wide open. In Dec I had an issue with my phone not charging, I panicked not being techy, and rushed to the store, they told me there is nothing they can do but you can upgrade, knowing it was time, I went for the cheapest promotion they had and was very upfront no extras - nothing!, now, I needed data off my phone and didnt use the cloud, they "let" me take my phone home to salvage, so I called Apple and they told me just plug into a computer and bam it worked.. yah me, feeling my faith restored, I went back to the go wireless store to have them help me move everything to my new phone, they do and he hands me my new phone and says your allset, as I started asking questions like are my notes here.. response "you didn't tell me you wanted those, and we JUST DELETED EVERYTHIGN OFF YOUR OLD PHONE".. Deleted without even verifying if I had everything off the old phone.. Really ? and not all my contacts came over including numbers I call daily That was 1 issue 2nd issue - they charged me for protection service at 19 a month (which I caught immediately and was able to have verizon remove within a few days) 3rd, they gave me a promotion phone, but never showed on my sale, when I inquired they "the store" said it will be handled at Verizon.. I had to call Verizon to fix the promotion twice (last call was an hour to try to reslove) Beware that you may run into the same issue. I hope not. this is not a well run store, the Sales Person Sr at that was James B, cocky young kid who doesn't act like a SR..SR title seems to be something the company must throw at these kids to keep them read more

I've had a few interactions with the employees at this location in the past two weeks, and in all cases I've been extremely impressed with the politeness, patience, perseverance and professionalism of the staff. The issues at the root of our particular problems were at the carrier-level of their competitors (as we sought to leave AT&T), and then later at the carrier-level with Verizon, as some glitch in the changeover was preventing my mother's phone from receiving texts. While they were troubleshooting her phone, I also saw them help a few other people with questions and problems in a way that I have to say was exemplary. There was never a hint of condescension or frustration as they helped with solutions for all-- including us. Today, we were helped by Amber and Tyler, and on the first visit by another young gentleman who was equally knowledgeable and pleasant. Apparently our issue this time was very unusual, and once it was resolved, they seemed eager to add the new knowledge to their memories. As a non-tech-savvy fifty-something, I can especially recommend the staff at this location to the AARP generation! read more
