Were visiting from California and my son is having surgery Friday which is only a couple days away he happen to drop his phone at our hotel And I needed a quick fix so he could have his devise to play on post op. Rawaid was so kind and helpful even over the phone that i decided to drive a half an hour away from Goodyear to Glendale just to have my sons phone fixed with him. I honestly couldn't have been more grateful that i made that decision Not only was he kind and reasonably priced but he had the heart to allow my nine-year-old son to stand behind the counter with him and watch him work on his phone My son is a total boy and super intrigued by anything hands-on! Watching Rawaid and my son work on his phone to get it back to working condition melted my heart! If we were from Arizona he would definitely be our go to person! My son even asked if he could move to Arizona Way to go Rawaid, Arizona is blessed to have a small business owner such as yourself.. read more

Took a computer and printer over for repair. The owner fixed everything in a very short period of time and running properly. I've screwed around with this for. Long period Of time with ZERO results. I am a proud computer idiot. I'll recommend this store in the future and continue to use them. read more

Went in as soon as I (horribly) cracked my screen. When I say horribly- I mean like not a millimeter of my phone screen could be seen without a crack. The guy who works there is so kind and replaced my iPhone 6 screen within 15 min and it costed about ~85$ which is a great price compared to other places which told me 110$. The price comes with a 30 day warranty on the screen. The work is beautiful and it's like my cracked screen was just a dream! Highly recommend. read more

Pros: -Rowaid is very efficient! He responded a few minutes after I messaged him on Yelp to get a quote for an iPhone 5 screen repair. -Quick service (screen replaced in about 30 minutes) -Some services cheaper than in Boston (iPhone 5 screen replacement was $50 vs $80 in Boston) -30 day warranty on work done Cons: -Might need to go back if there are follow up issues. After the repair, my phone screen began going blue abruptly several times per day and I would have to wait a minute or so before it would go back to the normal home screen. I messaged Rowaid to let him know and since it had been less than 30 days since my repair, he was happy to do another screen install and tighten anything that might have been loose underneath. The only benign issue now is that the phone doesn't go completely black when I press sleep--rather it is a very dark gray, so I'm not sure if there's any battery being used during that time. If it turns into a larger issue, I would go back to Rowaid to get his thoughts, but it seems okay for now. read more

Stela Tech is very nicely priced and quick! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a device fixed!

This isn't your run of the mill repair/ accessories shop. The owner really takes his time to make sure you're satisfied with his work as well as make you feel like you're not just another number. Highly recommend! read more

As a clumsy college student in the area, I've gotten my shattered iPhone 7 screen replaced by Rowaid three times over the years. Every time I have gone to him, I've been extremely satisfied by his efficiency (half hour tops) and customer service. The same quality repair Apple would provide, for a much faster experience and more affordable price ($80 at Stela vs $150 at Apple) read more

I bought a new phone and in a week had broken the glass. I looked around and finally talked with Stela. I gave my phone model and was told that the part would be in the next day. He also gave me a price. The next day, I came in and left the phone. He told me it would be just 45 minutes. I went next door to a little cafe and had a coffee and croissant and watched the traffic go by. The phone was done on time, a protective plate was also put on the new glass and the reasonable price was what he told me the previous day. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely go there any time I need service. I recommend this business to others. I came out from Brookfield to get this done. George read more

not the easiest place to find in Worcester, that's for sure... off street parking in a busy area.. went to get my iPhone 7 fixed after I dropped it and the screen shattered, even WITH an Otterbox case on it... I was in and out within 30 minutes. cheapest place I could find, even after inquiring with about 10 different places... phone is repaired but the color on my display was a bit off... Rowaid contacted me and told me to bring my phone back in. I ended up with a defective screen and with the 30 day warranty, he replaced the screen for me, free of charge. Phone is perfect now. Would recommend this place!! read more

If you shatter your phone screen, look no further. Showed up on a Saturday morning when right he opened, and in 15 minutes, I was out the door with a brand new looking iPhone - for a fraction of what it would have cost at Apple without insurance. I'd be shocked to hear of a shop offering a better price or quicker turnaround for screen repair than this guy. I woke up that morning really bummed, but my man at Stela Tech brightened my day in an instant. Thank you, Rowaid - Worcester is lucky to have you! read more

He has no idea what he's doing. Had to go back 3x because he didn't put the screen on correctly u so my phone wouldn't work. Total waste of my time which is worth more than saving $10. read more

Very fast service fixing my phone screen!!! Walked in and it took 20 minutes. Better price than the other cell phone places. Good quality screen. The owner is friendly and you can tell he takes pride in his business. The only place I'll go from now on. read more

A true gem of a shop, made me think of a watchmaker's shop of old. I came in with a damaged phone and was promptly welcomed, my phone looked at and repaired right there on the spot. I was out the door ten minutes later, happy to have purchased a new cover from the attractive display of accessories for sale. If gravity has wrestled with your phone and won, I can recommend Stela Tech without reservation. I'd also come here if I was looking for a super cheap laptop. read more

I am very pleased with service from this company. Quick repair of my IPAD and a better quality charging cable solved my problems per

Same day service and reasonable prices. The owner is super positive and has earned my return business.

The owner is great. He's very reasonable and knowledgeable and does a great job on screen repair at a fraction of the price.

Excellent service, very reasonable pricing. I had what I considered to be a simple problem: a cracked screen on bmy iPhone. I called BestBuy, got a price and an appointment. Brought it in the next day. The price had magically doubled, but I said Go ahead, anyway. A half hour later the service person told me they couldn't fix it. So I left, cracked phone in hand. I decided to stop at Stela Tech, right there in my neighborhood. The owner quoted me a price right away, lower even than BestBuy's original, and fixed it perfectly in 15 minutes while I waited. And guaranteed his work for 30 days. Can you get better service than that? I don't think so. I will return to Stela Tech for any and all tech problems in the future. read more

Poor quality screens, great customer service. I went in to have my cracked screen replaced on my iPhone 7 plus.. got it replaced and immediately noticed a negative difference in color and screen quality. Kind of you get what you pay for.. so I accepted it and moved on. A few days later the screen was glitchy and not working well. I dropped it, not even badly, and it got a crack and lines throughout the whole screen.. which has never happened to me before. I brought it back in and had it changed free of charge, great customer service as I had damage on the screen (in addition to the glitchy issue that was not my doing). On the new screen I still noticed the color and quality issue but I was happy to have a working phone again. About 2 weeks later it starts going unresponsive frequently. I have to lock it then unlock it to make it work again, annoying but I can deal with it. The other day I dropped in on a carpet.. from about 2 feet and the thing cracked... that would never happen with a quality screen. I have had iphones for 8 years now and I have cracked only one apple screen... having two of these screens over the past 3 months they have both cracked. I have dropped my apple screens from 4-5 feet on cement and its fine. The screens just are not good quality. If you have an iPhone 5 or below maybe its the same, but for newer phones with nicer screens... not worth saving the money for a headache like this. I am stuck with a cracked and poorly functioning, low quality screen for a few more months until I can get a new phone. If you are going to go here maybe see if you can pay a little more for a better screen instead of the standard ones they put on because they are not worth it. I almost feel a little bad writing this review because the customer service is so good but I feel the need to because if I could do it all over again I would not come here. Pros: -Great customer service, very understanding and accommodating -Timely, fast replacement times -Affordable, less expensive than Apple Cons: -Poor quality screens -Poor color and picture -Breaks very easily In my opinion the Cons outweigh the Pros read more

Stella tech was friendly and did a great job fixing two of our phones. You can tell they take pride in their work and even have a 30 day warranty on their products. They conveniently texted me when they were done with the phone. Great service and a great company! Thank you! read more

Mistakes happen, right? But when I brought my laptop in to fix a speaker glitch, the end result was that my whole computer got wiped. I understand (now) that's part of changing an OS...but you're supposed to ask the customer to move all of their files off FIRST. I'm a photographer. I'm self employed. My laptop is my office. Luckily my clients have all received their edits prior to the catastrophic format job. Data recovery brought some back. I'll re-load all of my editing programs then I'll know more about my loss. I went to pick up my destroyed laptop this morning and witnessed a horrible incident. A 16 year old kid had been told it would be $75 to replace phone screen (I saw the text with the quote). He came in to pick up phone and the store owner says it's $99. The kid brought $75. The store owner got angry, LOCKED US IN to the store, grabbed the kids phone back and then called 911. All the kid wanted to do was call his dad to ask him to bring the rest of the money. The guy flipped out. It was a misunderstanding, and the kid wasn't refusing to pay...but he was questioning the price difference. If it had been me, I would have done the same thing. Please, don't go to this business. My laptop is toast. I am so sad and frustrated about this entire experience. (BTW I paid the difference so kid could get going before cops arrived) read more

They have fixed the screen for my Samsung G3 and ipod (basically a i phone 5 s). Have done a great job.

I don't usually do these reviews. But the owner of Stella Tech has bailed me out a couple of times, and has done so with good humor, optimism, fairness and speed. He also opens his door exactly at the time he says he will and he's ready to work. The charging port on my iPhone 7 Plus was dead and I was leaving for the weekend. I would have been cooked without him. I got there exactly at 10 AM and he was sitting at his counter. Gave me a fair price to replace the part, $85, and said it would take half an hour to 45 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes, just on the off chance, and it was done. It's working flawlessly. It's like a new phone. He's an artist. read more

I have a galaxy s8 that had a broken screen, I looked around for the best reviews and found this place. They did not have my screen in stock so Rowaid or ordered one and it came in later that week. I brought my phone in and by looking around his store, I can tell he is very busy, which is a good sign. To replace my screen cost around $265 with tax. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but I knew that price was $40 give or take what other places cost. I knew I was in good hands and I believe you get what you pay for. When I picked up the phone it looked brand new. He helped me pick out a screen protector which offered a $250 reimbursement within a year if my screen breaks again. He was great and helped me apply the new protector. During the time in was in the store, customers came in and he helped them with their issues was very fast. After talking to Rowaid, I can tell he is a proud business owner who takes pride in his work. read more
