I did return the phones back to Verizon this morning and told them I would do juts what I am doing let others know how it went with Verizon, and it was horrendous dealing with their customer service. Jose there is amazing to say the least. I went there with a smashed phone. I already knew the phone was smashed so bad that it wasn't going to be worth repairing.
