We politely declined and we were met with looks and sneers. Then, a second set of third party vendors approached to ask "have you gotten your 50.00 gift card today?" I pay money for the privilege to shop here, only to have these people interrupting my experience by trying predatory sales tactics to trick and or bully us into signing up for whatever they happen to be selling. This is not something anyone should be experiencing. This is no longer acceptable as a business practice. I went with Dylan from there, whom was a better fit; answered every question honestly about which device was in my best interest and which weren't worth my time. Andrew initially told me nobody could help me set up my ipad to connect to my hotspot or help install the Word program I'd just purchased from them for $50, unless I pay an extra fee. Which was giving me anxiety about the $400 I was spending... but thankfully he was incorrect. Meghan at the Geek Squad desk was actually super nice and helpful. She did all that with me. I felt at ease and comfortable with my investment by the time I'd left. 5 stars for Meghan and Dylan. No stars for Andrew. Sorry Andrew -- but you would've lost $400! I just wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving without being sure I could get immediate use out of it.

About 50 minutes, as the person two patrons in front of me, took a long time to complete their transactions. This seems like a common malady with most cellular retail operations which I've visited. They had two people working, and they seemed to be trying as hard as they could to get things done. So I guess the issues are with t-Mobile, and their staffing or processes. The patron in front of me was buying a new phone, and it wasn't initializing correctly. The other Customer Service Rep was busy with a couple, who were purchasing a phone, tablet and watch, and were still there when I left. I was also surprised when I got a text later, informing me that I had purchased insurance protection. That discussion never came to pass, so I cancelled it by calling customer service. That was a fairly quick call, but it was an unnecessary one. Bottom line, my phone was getting old, wasn't working well and needed replacement, which was ultimately accomplished.
