Went to this store to find out if I could get a good deal on a trade in in exchange for an iPhone 13. My husband and I were happy to hear that between my trade in and the cost of the new phone, it would only be a little more than $200 out of pocket. We made the deal and ordered a phone on Friday. I went In today to pick up my phone, and the salesman acted like he didn't remember anything and there was no information on our account to back up what we spoke about on Friday. He then said that I didn't qualify for the upgrade that we spoke about which was the only reason I agreed to the deal in the first place. He didn't even say he made a mistake on Friday, he acted like he totally didn't remember us coming in! Don't trust this place! read more

Do not go here. Ordered a bunch of phones to switch from Tmobile. The person helping me gave me incorrect information, after receiving the phones soon I received a first bill for over $750!!! They tried to charge me $30 for transferring the info from my old phone to the new one, when anybody could do this if you follow the instructions on the phone when setting up. Took me 2 months to clear my bill, which involved many hours of speaking to customer service. From what I understood from Customer service is that this is a third party store and not a store owned from Verizon. Stay away from this store read more

I went in to find out my eligibility for an upgrade. It went really well. Abid was really helpful and gave me the best deal he could for my iPhone 14 pro max. The case and screen protector he recommended are working really well. He also placed it on the phone for me. He was a very helpful associate. Highly recommend to request him when going to the store. Accompanied friend to this location (near his home) as we wanted to be sure it went smoothly. On the plus side, the phone he wanted and they ordered for him came in ahead of schedule and he was assured they could transfer everything for him, one phone to another. This they did and were very pleasant to deal with. Why I'm not giving a higher rating is the accessories they tried sell him. I already knew from my own upgrade that a new charger wasn't needed but he almost got talked talked into buying one for $35 and some other "stuff" which would have cost $60. Other than that (and I guess you can't blame the guy for trying) it was a pretty easy experience. read more

I went into this store tonight with my husband and family. We weren't even halfway to the counter and the guy behind the counter asks what he can do for us. My husband asks him if he's able to help activate our phones we ordered from Verizon.com. The guy asks if we would like our contacts transferred, to which we reply yes. He says "It's $20. If you don't want to pay, you can go elsewhere." Elsewhere we went. We would have paid the $20 if it wasn't for his attitude! read more

Just to follow up on my past review, my wife recently went there with her new phone she purchased over the phone with Verizon. She had wanted to have her contacts transferred to her new phone. The lovely man behind the counter told her that they don't the that capability and that she will have to go else where to get it done. RIP-OFF ARTISTS! They LIED and added an ILLEGAL UPGRADE FEE to my Verizon bill when my daughter went there to buy a phone. They did this WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION from the account owner. I had a wonderful experience at the Wireless Depot. I had a complicated transaction- three phones to convert from another provider, an existing JetPack, and a sub account. Marcel and Jayleen were fantastic! Marcel processed everything! Multiple calls to the other provider, coordinating the two sub-accounts for separate auto billing, turn-in credit, and setting up the new phones. I am impressed with how professional they are! They balanced other customers between my work, and I witnessed how they made other people happy, too! This is the best customer service.
