He said he worked on my phone for 3hrs & tried a screen but it wasnt that, it was a button under the mother board. he said take phone & they would call when part comes. On way home, I stopped at Walmart for chips. I saw a phone store inside. I showed them my phone. They ordered screen at 530pm, had it by 12 next day, installed by 3pm. He would up just giving us a clear case that was definitely less money than what we paid just to get us out of there..terrible! And just to mention the place was empty there was no rush. This was horrible and I will never go there again.
