We dealt with a woman named Natasha who I think was the sales manager and she convinced us that going directly with their office we would save a lot of money. After being in the store for well over 4 hours we were told by Natashi that ATT would cover any of the outstanding money still owed on our 3 Verizon phones. Unfortunately everything Natashia told us was A big lie and we are being billed by Verizon for over $1600.00 for our old phones. We have tried to call Natasha and she has never returned our calls so we have now had to hire a lawyer to step in. We have since learned of so many other complaints so stay away from this company and especially Natasha because she is a fraud. I would rate this store having no stars and AT&T corporate should close them down.

He would up just giving us a clear case that was definitely less money than what we paid just to get us out of there..terrible! And just to mention the place was empty there was no rush. Let's review: * Immediately refunded my deposit * Continued investigation and found they DID get it ordered * Did not demand a new deposit * Continued tracking the package, even though it seemed to be lost - well beyond the expected Tuesday-Wednesday timeframe. * It arrived while I was at work, really didn't have time to fix it. But he called me up to let me know and we worked out a time - he personally promised to set that time aside for me. I showed up, he confirmed it was the right screen, we went through some tests - it was glitchy - then he rebooted and it seems to have unglitched.
