Incredible. Lifesavers. 100/10…read more I fully submerged my iPhone 6 in water and couldn't fish to out for a full 30 seconds. Tried the rice method but not until a few hours later. The result, not unexpectedly, was disastrous. Half the phone screen turned black, or started pushing buttons itself, or wouldn't respond, or wouldn't turn on, and then, finally, it would just flashed a green screen at me at a nightclub rave tempo. Summary: worst case scenario. It was the weekend and I rely on my phone for personal life and work. I was panicking. I feared not only for my news feed, but for the clients that couldn't get ahold of me bright and early Monday morning. I googled the nearest place with the best reviews. Then searched again for anyone open on a Sunday at noon (not many). These guys popped up; I went in with a bank card and blind hope. Expecting to have to buy a cheap full-in phone until I could sort out this mess with Apple or AT&T. Expecting to kiss my savings account goodbye. These guys are outstanding. I walked in, explained the situation. They gave me a full quote and walked me though the possible damages and repair options. Sent me to kill time for an hour, and when I came back about 50 minutes later, they had it mostly fixed. They switched it between the old and new screen right in front of me so I could understand the situation. Opened it up and showed me the damages. I know nothing about the inner workings of an iPhone, but they broke it down for me unprompted so I could grasp what I was in for and what to expect. Told me the worst case scenario (needing to send it elsewhere for further repairs), but made it clear they'd do everything they could. Reminded me of any possible costs and double checked that I was okay with them. Never made me feel like I'd be left high and dry (which would've been fair; they fix phones, they don't perform magic, and I'd essentially sent it to the Shadow Realm). As a bonus, the guy who helped me was really polite about the privacy of my phone. Let me key in the password and double checked that I was okay with him entering any apps to confirm the functionality of the phone - even when going into Settings. Was super thorough and dedicated to making the phone 100% again, even when I admitted I was willing to just take a phone that could send texts, make calls, and receive emails. Friendly, calm, professional; that was exactly what I needed when looking at my year-old, $900 investment and control hub of my life, sitting possibly dead on the counter. Went to kill time for another 15 minutes. When I came back, he had it all patched up and gave me a rundown of the final fixes. Noted that one or two minor glitches did happen (battery level fluctuated some), but gave me the option of fixing that then (maybe unnecessary) or coming back if there was an issue with a $10 discount on replacing the battery. Never pressured me to buy anything else and was very frank about the state of my phone. I was in and out in an hour and a half, tops. I came in with a phone that probably needed a full replacement. Walked out with a fully functional phone that had a new screen, a few circuit repairs, and other minor tweaks that had it living life again. $100-ish dollars in total, on the weekend, less than three hours after I'd TOTALED the thing. I'll recommend these guys forever, and you won't catch me upgrading to a new phone again just because something is wrong with my old one. This place works miracles!

Unfortunately I cracked my screen cover but they honored their guarantee and a replacement screen…read morewas only $5. Thank you Ramon for the great service!

He explained all the requirements for checking it which were reasonable. $15 tops if the problem could not be solved. He expertly performed the diagnostics and updated me throughout the process. But when the iPhone came out with the finge rprint ID I couldn't use the OtterBox anymore and had to get a screen cover; this is the first place that I thought of. Man, what a great investment. The store has moved since I first year do business with them. Presently it's across from Hot Topic in the Tucson mall. Several times when my phone dropped, that screen protector has saved my screen from chips, scratches, and cracks. Once you buy the screen cover, if there's any problems, they replace it for five dollars. Over the last few years, I've replaced the cover six times, which is totally worth it initial investment, compared to replacing the screen on my iPhone pro max. The staff are super cool. I've never had to wait very long to get the new screen protector replaced. So do yourself a favor, and get your screen cover before your keys scratch it. They also replace batteries and screens on iPads, in addition to full service phone repairs. I got my iPad screen replaced and that took an hour. They sale cords and cases too. I'm happy with my dealings here at MobileBytes

Verizon corporate is what is on my mind today. I just got off the phone with their Tech coach,…read moreabout a phone I purchased for $200.00 (remember that amount) I also purchased the insurance for the phone. When I originally purchased the phone, I tried to activate it, I got a system error. That was approximately a month ago. Fast forward to today. I went to the corporate Verizon store to have them activate the phone. They could not activate it either. Same system error I got a month ago. In that intervening month, the phone got a pinhole in the lower right corner of the screen. Which of course gave Verizon all the excuse they needed to deny replacing the phone that has not worked since day 1. Let me reiterate this...Verizon ( a multi million dollar for profit company) denied to replace a $200 phone that they confirmed had not worked since the day I bought it... I have never had this experience with Verizon before this, & I do not think that I will be giving them the chance to do it to me again. I have been a loyal customer of Verizon for many years now. Yet I now find myself questioning that very loyalty when the that loyalty is obviously not returned. It is with a heavy heart that I can no longer recommend Verizon as an honorable company. Corporate greed & the almighty slavish adherence to capitalism at the cost of everything else. Had cost them my good graces & any future business that I might have given them. In fact I am seriously considering taking my existing business with them somewhere else as well.

I paid cash for this phone and signed no contract for this phone at Target. I used this phone for many years with Consumer Cellular who only charged me for service I agreed with. I later switched to AT&T who told me i would have better coverage with AT&T. For the next few days i had no phone service. After that was fixed, my calls were getting dropped. I then saw excessive withdrawals of 437 from my account. I was then told it was for payment installments on a phone I bought years ago at Target before service with AT&T. AT&T told me I only paid taxes on the phone I had bought from Target and told me to go and get a receipt from years ago . I told someone at Target my situation with AT&T and they told me as I had signed no contract for this phone and bought it outright, there was nothing they could do about this situation. I then talked to a target employee who was a former employee of AT&T and was familiar with their history of excessive withdrawals from customers bank accounts. He informed me I needed to call the office of president escalation. As i no longer wanted to spend all day on the phone only to talk with someone who was only interested in selling me more services and then getting disconnected. I then reported these unauthorized excessive withdrawals by AT&T to the Better Business Bureau as customer service at AT&T used stalling and delaying techniques which lasted 6 hours as they told me to go to the AT&T store and when I got to the AT&T store they they told me to call AT&T who were of no help. I am a senior citizen who is also a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income with a chronic debilitating lung disease. After experiencing the frustration of being on the phone with customer service for hours only to be disconnected, i then decided AT&T was unable to get this matter resolved, I then filed a complaint with the FCC.

I had my own phone, just for a sim card to try 1 phone for service they want over $300 for a business line Update!! Two weeks later, After 4+ phone calls and talking to the store mgr. every time, and he said that he forwarded the paperwork to upper management to cancel and to void any charges. I find out today he's on maternity leave, and I still owe a very large bill, It is climbing, and I still have service. I called the 800 number again while in the store, since the associates there can't help me. They took my info to pass it on. I filed complaints with AT&T again and then filed a police report online for this account that is not authorized to be billing me, and then they trespassed me in response to me getting the cops now involved after a month!!! Stay far from this establishment! I'm going to get an attorney after the holiday.
