I brought some Computer speakers for them to fix and they charged me a reasonable price of $27 and did a good job to repair them.

**Horrible Experience with T-Mobile in Green Valley - Avoid at All Costs!**…read more I don't normally leave negative reviews, but my experience with T-Mobile in Green Valley was so frustrating and unacceptable that I felt compelled to warn others. It all started when I had an issue with my phone and was told to contact Assurant, the insurance company T-Mobile uses. I spent *hours* on the phone with Assurant, only for them to repeatedly tell me it was a **warranty issue** and that I needed to speak with T-Mobile. So back I went to T-Mobile--only to be told *they* thought it was an **insurance issue** and to call Assurant again. This back-and-forth nonsense went on for *hours*. Every single time I called, I had to re-verify all of my information, explain the situation from scratch, and still got nowhere. Finally, T-Mobile *reluctantly* agreed it was a warranty issue and said they would ship a replacement phone. A few days later, I received an email saying my new phone was ready for pickup. I had a tight schedule that day with buyer showings (I'm a Realtor), but I carved out time to stop by the Green Valley store and grab the phone. Big mistake. The store manager was **rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful**. Not only did they act like I was bothering them by showing up, but they also offered zero assistance, no apology, and no empathy for the mess I had been put through. I was stunned at how poorly I was treated, especially after wasting so much time just trying to get a replacement for a faulty device that should have been handled smoothly from the beginning. T-Mobile as a company--and especially this location--needs to take a hard look at how they treat their customers. **Passing the buck, finger-pointing, and treating customers like an inconvenience is NOT acceptable.** If you value your time, your sanity, and basic customer service, **do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.** T-Mobile Green Valley is a disaster.

I signed up with Consumer Cellular, back in September of 2025…read moreThe reason was T-Mobile, refused to solve every issue I had, like, my monthly bill was $97.00, for 1 line, supposed 5G, I could never get on line! My friend told me about Consumer Cellular, I checked out their options, after which I choose to go with them! I've never had any issues with them! In fact when I signed up, I received several discounts the same day. One was a discount for being a senior citizen (I'm 74) my monthly bill was $40.00 . down from T-Mobiles of $97.00, that's a $57.00 less. Second discount, off first bill was their discount of second month was Free! Third discount I received was my military veterans discount!, and the fourth one was because I was referred to Consumer Cellular! I'm like, Wow, who else would do that? My first bill was only $18.00, my second was Free, paid only Taxes and fees which was $4.00 my third bill, with taxes and fees Was only $48.01, still $49.00 cheaper than T-Mobile, I didn't mention before T-Mobile, I was with Verizon, that monthly bill for one line was $117.00 When I called about the Consumer Cellulars advertisement on TV saying that Consumer Cellulars monthly bill for people over 50 was $35.00, I called them and asked if I would be able to get that rate also, even though I was already an existing customer? No explanations or excuses to the negative! The gentleman immediately, said, yes of course! , and changed my plan to reflect my monthly bill to the $35.00 rate! Will I recommend Consumer Cellular to others? Without a doubt! YES YES Yes! They give their customers more than what they Say! I'll be a Consumer Cellular customer for a very long time!

The service we received from the representative was what we thought was amazing…read more However, after a little while of having the actual service, we realized it was not. It was NOT once disclosed that the data was not actually unlimited. It was unlimited up to 50gb shared between 4 people and then it was slow. When I say slow, it hardly worked. The service CC carries was not good at all actually. Nor did they disclose all the extra fees. Then when we finally switched, they didn't cancel the account when I requested. They then are trying to charge me for an additional month even though paid what I owed the day I cancelled.

Temporary 4-star, I'll explain…read more I've been using cox for two years now. I started a service line at address 1, on a fantastic promotion they were running. As of October, this year, I acquired address 2. Cox has been great to me so far, so I started a SEPERATE line at address 2 (using yet another amazing promotion). Up to this point I am now moving out of address 1. I saw on the website that we can transfer service to a roommate (which I have at address 1). Called them up, took a few tries, but eventually got WHAT I THOUGHT (and made sure to check) was address 1 disconnected and switched to the roommate. Went into my cox account to learn they switched ADDRESS 2, taking me out of my newly started promotion and still having me associated to address 1. With how long this has been taking and for it to mess up this bad, I am PISSED. Drove to COX on Campbell, took a couple breaths before I walked, and laid it out for Roxy (employee I was chatting with). Super calm, cordial conversation. And that's where we are at with 4 stars. Online COX customer service needs some serious work (i will avoid using it again). In-person, COX is amazing, super kind employees at every location I have been at, and really are looking to help. My case is still in process, but up to this point COX on campbell has been a 5-star experience with how my situation is being handled. It will be a certified 5 if they can satisfy this case. Thank you Roxy, and I sooo deeply apologize that you got all this thrown at you. (#Frank, you don't go unnoticed, neither does the DJ)
