This was the 3rd time we tried purchasing iPhones at this location, as it's around the corner from our house and convenient- BUT, it's inconvenient to spend several hours in a store and walk out empty handed each time, so it's time to shop elsewhere. What can I say besides don't shop here at all they fail to help you out and get what you need when you need it. This all stems from not being informed about the signing of the package.
