Zech is a fantastic employee and was a great help to me in troubleshooting an issue with corporate Verizon. He had endless patience and even stayed late to help me resolve my issue. I am so appreciative of his stellar service! read more

Philicty was great. She set us up with new phones and an iPad. Very patient with two senior citizens. When I went back to return our old phones the young man helped us and again was very patient. I would recommend this location. read more

Gigi, the tech support and general feel-good employee has ALL your answers about any phone and any service issue. After searching everywhere you will quickly discover the this outlet is far superior to any other Verizon "company stores". Don't waste your time.... Go see Gigi. If there is a negative it would only be that on a Monday or Tuesday the inventory of new phones has sold out from the busy weekend read more

Robert was absolutely fantastic making sure we were all set with our new phones. Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

Thanks to Taylor and Gigi for taking the time to help me transfer the photos, messages, etc from my very broken z-flip phone to my new phone. They just didn't give up and were able to get most things transferred. All with a smile on their face!! Thanks again ladies!! read more

Caleb was a great help in getting my "new" phone up and running. He's an expert and a total rock star! Thx!!!

I am currently on a tight budget (nursing student) and needed help with a data transfer on a couple of very outdated phones. Where others would have saw this as an opportunity to sell me a new phone I can't afford at this time, Topher understood my situation and went the extra mile trying every different method to help me get what I need. When I have the funds for an upgrade, I will 100% come back. I also observed the shop had very safe guidelines for COVID safety. Overall excellent service, clean and safe environment. Personable and knowledgeable staff who truly have their customers best interests in mind. read more

I've been coming here for years for all my upgrades on all 4 lines I have. I can only speak about the 2 employees i have dealt with the manager Mike and sales employee Paul. They have been very helpful with helping us choose phones and always found ways to get the best deals. If there's a mail in rebate involved they get the copies setup and get a envelope for me so when im ready i can just send it on its way. read more

Great customer service. I had to switch my account to a different phone since I broke mine. Went in. Katie helped me. And she also helped me with insurance claim. Next time I need anything. I will definitely come here. read more

This is a fantastic place! Helped me transfer my data from a Droid to an IPhone - very easy process with excellent customer service!

Super quick service and nice customer support unfortunately s20 FE accessories were low due to iPhone 12 launch.

Topher was SO patient with this old lady. Perfect customer service. He could write the book. I'm so happy with this experience that I was dreading. read more

Poor service. Keep customer waiting too long, while there is two workers helping just one person .

Very disappointed with my experience here tonight. I've been coming to this Verizon shop for at least the past 6 years, and have never had an experience like this. I was trying to purchase a phone, and had already talked to corporate about upgrading, and the sales person would not listen. He refused to sell me the phone, got angry and made the situation very uncomfortable. He continued to tell me that I was making a bad decision and whatever corporate had told me was incorrect, although I had spoken to three different representatives, all of whom told me the exact same thing. I left the store feeling upset, disrespected, and without a new phone. Definitely will NOT be returning to this location after tonight. read more

We waited for 38 minutes before we got someone to tell us we had to go to the Apple store to get the phone fixed. This store has never provided good service, but I'm stuck with it because it's the only store closest to my home. I only go to this place when it's my last resort. You've been warned. Pack your patience. read more

Went here to pick up my preordered pixel 2 phone. They only had 1 service rep on a day of a phone release? It took over an hour to be helped as the service rep was really slow and had no sense of urgency even as customers were walking out. (I was second in line when I arrived) Then once I was helped, the service rep had horrible body odor, and was not much help at all. He couldn't even help me transfer my data from a windows phone to a new phone. He sat there and complained about how hard it was, so I told him to cash me out and I would be on my way. (ended up going to south center mall Verizon and they had me uploaded in minutes). They also did not have any accessories for this phone. Why send people away with a $750 phone, and have them risk it getting damaged. Again, South center had plenty of choices for covers and screen protection. I emailed go wireless of my experience and all I got was a blank response that said "thank you". I'm not looking for anything free, but a sincere apology and a thanks for the feedback would have been nice. I will never be back! read more

Im thrilled with the service here. I had a lot of questions, some obscure; they dug in and found answers for me. Kellan, Shawn, and Dustin each spent hours helping me plan the whole family's phones and even shared ideas for media sharing at home. When I didn't like my first choice they happily took it back and found me a better solution. Love these guys, and I actually look forward to going back. read more

Katie and Bre were very helpful. Systems were down and they still took care of me! Thank you

The people at this store are the reason I keep my Verizon services. I have been to this store about 12 times for various reasons, from technical issues to purchasing new equipment, and the service is always consistent. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful and will bend over backward to work out any issues a customer has. They are super respectful and treat their customers right. They all seem to really enjoy their work, and working together, and it is palpable as soon as you walk into the store. The other cellular stores, especially Verizon, should take a good hard look at this group and model themselves after their example. read more

I came to this Verizon store after being told of this location by a neighbor. I have always gone to the store by the mall and until this last visit was considering changing to another company, because of my poor service at the Tacoma mall store. The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming. All I needed was to pay my bill and help unfreezing my iphone. I walked in and was greeted immediately with a smile. The woman working showed me how to reset my iphone and showed me the Verizon app so I can pay from my phone. Best service I have ever had at Verizon. I will be returning here for all of my future business. read more
