I've been coming here for years for all my upgrades on all 4 lines I have. I can only speak about the 2 employees i have dealt with the manager Mike and sales employee Paul. They have been very helpful with helping us choose phones and always found ways to get the best deals. If there's a mail in rebate involved they get the copies setup and get a envelope for me so when im ready i can just send it on its way. read more

Very disappointed with my experience here tonight. I've been coming to this Verizon shop for at least the past 6 years, and have never had an experience like this. I was trying to purchase a phone, and had already talked to corporate about upgrading, and the sales person would not listen. He refused to sell me the phone, got angry and made the situation very uncomfortable. He continued to tell me that I was making a bad decision and whatever corporate had told me was incorrect, although I had spoken to three different representatives, all of whom told me the exact same thing. I left the store feeling upset, disrespected, and without a new phone. Definitely will NOT be returning to this location after tonight. read more

This store has never provided good service, but I'm stuck with it because it's the only store closest to my home. I only go to this place when it's my last resort. You've been warned. Went here to pick up my preordered pixel 2 phone. They only had 1 service rep on a day of a phone release? It took over an hour to be helped as the service rep was really slow and had no sense of urgency even as customers were walking out. (I was second in line when I arrived) Then once I was helped, the service rep had horrible body odor, and was not much help at all. He couldn't even help me transfer my data from a windows phone to a new phone. He sat there and complained about how hard it was, so I told him to cash me out and I would be on my way. (ended up going to south center mall Verizon and they had me uploaded in minutes). They also did not have any accessories for this phone. Why send people away with a $750 phone, and have them risk it getting damaged. Again, South center had plenty of choices for covers and screen protection. I emailed go wireless of my experience and all I got was a blank response that said "thank you". I'm not looking for anything free, but a sincere apology and a thanks for the feedback would have been nice. I will never be back! read more

Im thrilled with the service here. I had a lot of questions, some obscure; they dug in and found answers for me. Kellan, Shawn, and Dustin each spent hours helping me plan the whole family's phones and even shared ideas for media sharing at home. The people at this store are the reason I keep my Verizon services. I have been to this store about 12 times for various reasons, from technical issues to purchasing new equipment, and the service is always consistent. They are all very knowledgeable and helpful and will bend over backward to work out any issues a customer has. They are super respectful and treat their customers right. They all seem to really enjoy their work, and working together, and it is palpable as soon as you walk into the store. The other cellular stores, especially Verizon, should take a good hard look at this group and model themselves after their example. read more

I came to this Verizon store after being told of this location by a neighbor. I have always gone to the store by the mall and until this last visit was considering changing to another company, because of my poor service at the Tacoma mall store. The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming. All I needed was to pay my bill and help unfreezing my iphone. I walked in and was greeted immediately with a smile. The woman working showed me how to reset my iphone and showed me the Verizon app so I can pay from my phone. Best service I have ever had at Verizon. I will be returning here for all of my future business. read more
