Employee Lillie is absolutely amazing! I sent my 73 year old mother over to her the other day to get help with her iPhone. She said Lillie was so extremely patient and kind, and was able to solved her iPhone issue with minimal effort! This has been my family's AT&T home store for going on 6 years now, and I've dealt with lots of employees there during that time. Some that care about the customer and some that don't care as much. Lillie has proven that she is one that cares deeply! Two months ago I was in the store when a guy came in and snatched one of the phones right off the wall in front of me! It's baffling to me that this is happening in our community, and speaking with other businesses in the area, it seems this is happening to them as well! As a community, I think it's so important that we rally around these businesses that are trying their best to support customers, while having to deal with these theft issues. If we don't support them then we shouldn't be surprised when they pack up and leave. I wish you all the best Lillie, and please know that you have my family's support and business! Thank you so much, Lillie! read more

Arrived to store at 10:45am and the 1 CS person was working w a customer. So, I waited until 11:30, meanwhile, 2 more customers walked in. 1 hour later, the employee bypassed me, and started helping the other people, who arrived long after me. I mentioned that I was was there to purchase 3 new iPhones, and he said, "I didnt know you were there". At 12:30, I left the store, without being helped and empty handed! They must not work on commission nor care about selling phones. This was the 3rd time we tried purchasing iPhones at this location, as it's around the corner from our house and convenient- BUT, it's inconvenient to spend several hours in a store and walk out empty handed each time, so it's time to shop elsewhere. If anyone knows the management at this store, I'd love to have a (respectful) chat with them, as we can't be the only frustrated non-customers who've walked out after long wait times and being overlooked by sales people. read more

Megan was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helpful in selecting choices and preordering a new phone. Was able to get the best price on my pre-order and trade in as well. read more

We had an encounter with Gloria at this store. She was very unprofessional, argumentatively, accusatory and ultimately unhelpful. AT&T needs to take her back through training on how to interact with people. I do not want to get into the specifics because that's between her and I. I just want people to be aware when going to this store that she will go out of her way to make your experience terrible. We ultimately called AT&T customer service and they took care of everything Gloria told us she couldn't do along with several apologies and comments that the store should have taken care of this for you. Skip the headache and drive a little farther to another store. read more

If I could leave this location 0 stars I would. Very limited supply of things in this location. I spent 3-4 hours in the store transferring two lines from T-Mobile. I came prepared to quicken the process but if Megan's handling you, go in with a clear schedule. Megan opened a third line on my account without my knowledge, linked it to another device payment, somehow managed to set me up on a business account (not an active business owner), + amongst other sketchy stuff in that day. Long story short, my case had to get escalated to the regional manager, and after 4 weeks, AT&T was forced to give me the 15 Plus FREE bc of the sketchy/lying employee Megan. Would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. Please save your time and money and pick a corporate location - the AT&T at Tacoma Mall has some trustworthy employees (and they offer better deals!) also wanted to attach the lovely note Megan typed to her fellow employee because she didn't want to deal with me when I came in to fix the issues I was having after weeks of back and forth communication between AT&T's twitter support and calling 611 read more

The associate Morgan was brilliant & amazing !!! this rating had nothing to do with her customer service. Her situation made for this rating! This. Store is horribly unsafe by location and we were actually in danger and had to call 9-1-1 as an irate customer verbally attacked her and threatened her. Her manager was so uncaring and devoid and demeaning we were shocked! Law Enforcement just to diffuse the nasty customer. Morgan maintained professionalism and tried to be calm as possible as her life was being threatened. The danger of the store ... the managers attitude to the associate Morgan and the horrific telephone support caused this rating. The phone customer service was so horrific poor Morgan had to cancel my order for the third time in 3 days to fix all the errors from the phone representative. Moral of the this review -- don't go to this store.... Don't ever use the telephone support by AT&T .... And let hope Morgan can transfer to a store where she doesn't have to lock herself and customer inside to protect them. read more

The workers were very kind and made sure I had the most positive experience with AT&T. I really loved how they offered assistance as soon as you entered the store and would still check in on you even when they were busy with other customers. At one point I did have to speak to Alonzo (the store manager) about the 14 Plus they ran out of stock on but he ensured me that they could have some ready by tomorrow in which they did...Excellent Customer Service! read more

Terrible Customer service. Megan has a terrible attitude and should not be the face anyone should meet when going to this place.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T GO HERE! I literally just needed to exchange a pop socket and because I bought it at a real store (this one is an authorized retailer) they refused to help me, made snide remarks, actively admitted they were wasting my time, and did just that. An awful experience about something that literally should have been a 3 minute endeavor. read more

I would give this place 0 starts if I could. Service is unbelievably rude. Twice I've walked in and not even been acknowledged. Once they were eating lunch in front of me just looking at me not helping. Waited over 30 min both times. This location alone makes me want to cancel with at&t all together. Unbelievable. read more

This review could range from 0 to 5 stars depending on how the staff handled the situations that arose. At all times they were courteous and extremely generous with their time. Seann was extremely proactive and followed up out of the blue to make sure it all worked out. Started w Travis, then Tyler, both were great and very helpful. Seann was the store mgr and he really went above and beyond in fixing the errors, none of which were caused by anyone at his store. In establishing a business mobile plan for my startup higher HQ got their wires crossed and cancelled the account. There were a comedy of errors from their credit card machine going offline in the middle of a purchase, (I had to finish the transaction in cash) to not understanding that a virtual business may legitimately use a virtual store front. The pain created by ATT's HQ failure to contact the store personnel for any needed verification was completely unnecessary. But it showed me that I chose the right store to buy my phones. I live in another town and I don't have much positive to say about that particular ATT branch so I'm glad I made the trip to this store. Seann got to the bottom of the best fix and converted a one star to a five star experience. Higher MGT would do well to get this knowledgeable mgr promoted. read more

On more than one occasion I have gone into this store and have not even been acknowledged. Usually there is one person working. Had planned on purchasing a new iphone, but will most likely get better service online. Will not be back to this store again. Being ignored isn't the best way to keep customers. read more
