On November 12 at around 7:40PM I came to this store to switch phone service providers from Metro PCS to Verizon and I don't regret switching. Service has been excellent so far! So many policies and shady sale practices going on in this place. It was interesting to note that in this day and age you cannot buy a phone in full inside a store but per Verizon policy you are required to leave a balance at least for 1 billing cycle, sounds like an excuse just to run your credit, even if it's just a soft inquiry. So I came in trying to switch carriers and purchase an iPhone Max pro. I was told right off the bat there was a very limited amount of phones. First there was NO 64g iPhone only 256g, as I started to discourage the purchase it seemed like the 64g phones started to magically appear in stock. So I proceed with the purchase and again since I cannot pay for the phone in full per Verizon policy, they are required to run your credit to finance the phone. Get this! Without asking me The verizon rep starts to scan accessories (phone case, charger, screen protector, etc.) and says that as part of the purchase per "Verizon policy" I'm required to purchase over $100 worth of accessories in order to buy the phone!!! Just wow! At that point I just had enough and walked out. What a garbage place, be careful when going into Verizon stores that are "Authorized Retailers", lookup "Verizon Company Store" Save yourself the hassle. read more

I went in today and the guy working there was probably with another customer or what looked like a meeting but he didn't bother greeting us or letting us know that he even worked there . I was confused and asked if anyone was working there he said yea me , and I told him next time he could of said something and could of told me he worked there instead of me having to guess ! T-Mobile is always busy but they greet you and let you know they'll be with you not letting us wonder who works there and shit ! He also said " You can go to another store " ! I sent my uncle into this store for a flip phone upgrade. I always come to this store for all my needs and I get treated fairly, I have always dealt with the girls and the manager. I felt safe sending one of my family members into the store and hoping he got treated with the same service I got. I was wrong. My uncle showed me his receipt and the greedy sales person Adrian charged him a restocking fee for his phone upgrade! I've had my experiences with returns and the last time I checked a restocking fee is charged when I return a phone and not when I'm buying one. This has fraud all over it and asked my uncle to call and ask why. He just said that the company charges that upfront fee and it's something new that they're starting to do. I called Verizon and they told me that was a lie. My uncle went back to the store to return the device and he got charged another restocking fee!!! This has fraud written all over it and if this is the direction that Verizon is taking, then I want no part of it. It's sad and an embarrassment that they have these type of people taking advantage of the elderly. I work in sales and I'm always putting my customers first before my wallet. This store has always been great to me and it's sad that it has sunken this low. Stay away from this store and especially the greedy salesman Adrian. Charging a restocking fee when purchasing a phone is not correct, especially when it's an older citizen on a fixed income. This store is fraudulent! I will be contacting their headquarters along with Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. They lack professionalism and ethics. My sister went in to the store to have her phone checked, but they talked to her into upgrading. They called me to get authorization, as she is not an account owner. I authorized the upgrade and I authorized the trade in, which I was told going towards the price of the phone. I come to find out that they used to trade-in money to put towards accessories. The shady and deceiving, sales rep/assistant manager (Christian Godoy) made my sister believe that her new iPhone came with a "Free iPhone case and free screen protector", when in fact they used part of the trade-in money to pay for it. Verizon pushes their employees to sell accessories, as that is how they make most of their money. I used to work at Verizon, so I know what a huge push they have to sell their accessories. When I called the store, I spoke to Noel Solis to explain the situation to him. I never received an apology, the first thing he said was "my representatives aren't allowed to say Free, it is against our policy, so I can assure you that he never told your sister the accessories are free." As if policies aren't broken all the time. Also, there's a reason why Victra has that policy, they have it to prevent their sales reps from deceiving their customers into believing they are getting "free" accessories, when in reality they are cheating you into getting them. I've been a Verizon customer since 2002, and I am disappointed in how unprofessional these employees are. It's not so much about the money, rather the fact that they are cheating people of money. They probably get away with it a lot, because most of their customers are Spanish speakers and probably don't look at the fine print. If your going to buy a phone don't come here!!! I bought two iPhone 11 pros and the guy working there said to pick a case because it came with the package and also came with a free screen protector. Which was a lie! They'll just tell you the total with out you looking what your paying for. They told me my total was about 530$ and I asked why is it so much their excuse was because I was getting the most expensive phone and that it was the tax and fee's! So couple days later I was going through the recipe and it was there they charged 50$ for the case and 70$ for the screen protector! For both phones! That they said it was for free! read more

Nothing short of an absolute scam. Came into this place looking to buy an iPhone SE, and walked away with a great price of $180down and a few dozen monthly. Come my first statement later that month, I have fees (upwards of $500) for so many peripherals that I did not purchase. Not a real Verizon store, they charged me for setting up my phone without my consent ($20 for pressing the on button). They charged me more for the same phone Verizon has. They also set up insurance on my line without my permission. AND did all this on the wrong line which left me without service on 2 lines. These people are scammers. read more

The moment I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Samantha. I felt welcomed to the store and waited patiently in line while many others were there to also make a purchase. When I was next Samantha listened to my request and helped me with upgrading my phone to the new iPhone 11. After about 2 hours due to the iCloud backup I was completely content and surprised with the customer service. Sam was patient, respectful, and made the wait feel a lot shorter than it was. Please do not go this store. The staff is not straight up with what they are going to charge you in store and when done they come up all these extra fees. Initially the store manager said it was going to be 30 activation fee in the bill and by the end they where charging me an extra 60 per line for the sim and store fee, which he did not say in the beginning. I started with the store manager then the assistant store manager took over while and by the end the store manager came to close asking me to pay extra 60 dollars in store. they should have one rep helping out a customer and not switch back and forth. First, I have to believe that the positive review was written by an employee. My encounter with the current staff (Marlene) was exactly like the other reviews. I was given a out the door $ amount. I told her I couldn't pay that. She said don't worry I'll work something out. Dropped the amount by 100. I asked her how, she said she WAIVED the activation. Later to find out that she deferred it to my 1st bill. I also fell for the tablet SCAM. She added insurance which I didn't ask for. I went back to have it taken off. She said she did only to find out she didn't. I went back to speak to the assistant manager who was also useless. I've been going to this location for the past 10 years. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! THEY SCREW YOU OVER. I recently went to this "Verizon" retailer looking to do the edge program, which let's you upgrade your phone at 0 down for qualifying lines. Both my lines were eligible, I checked online but didn't want to wait to get the phone so I made the mistake of going into this store. From the start the guy was a douche, worst customer service I've gotten from verizon, and I've had them for nine years now. They advertise no down payment but what they do is charge you tax on the retail of the phone which is $750. They also charge you $10 for the Sim card which is retarded since you can just switch it out from your old phone.In total I spent $85. A couple of days later I call Verizon to do the same for the other line on my account. They do the order, I pay nothing, and they send it out to my house in 2 business days. I do get billed the tax on the retail of the phone which is $699 NOT $750 and they used the state tax of 6.65% instead of the city tax which is at 10%.In total I spend $46.50 which is billed after NOT upfront. I tell the representative I was speaking to on the phone about my previous order, and she said that they arent suppose to charge for the phone upfront or charge for the sim. She even said that I should get a refund and do my order again with her. I swear she was the nicest person to talk to. I tried to get a refund but the douche at the store hit me with a 100 dollar restocking fee. He was really smug about it and looked at me like an idiot. He said would you rather pay 10 bucks for the Sim or 100 it's just 10 bucks. Exactly bitch it's 10 bucks. I wish I wouldn't have spent a dime at this place. After this altercation I called Verizon and they gave me $50 bill credit for the inconvenience. Thanks to the real Verizon not this unprofessional place. I think the ratings below were written before new management took over. I originally went in to inquire about an upgrade on a line. I eventually left upgrading four phones form my account and transferring my wife over from Metro to Verizon. They changed things so that I have a subplan for my wife and kids and I keep my unlimited data. It was a complicated move, and I was a little skeptical at first, but they were pretty patient with me. They allowed me to exchange a phone I didn't like and some accessories. I found the service to be excellent and I would definitely come here again. read more

Jose the assistant manager had the best costumer service I've ever experienced at any Verizon store. Not only did he accommodate me with all issues I was having trouble with but, also ensured that I was given the best deals available. It was not at all time consuming, I was out the store in less than an hour. I definitely am going to recommend Jose and this location in general for an issues someone may have in the future. Like many reviewers here, this people added charges that I did not authorized. This guys are crooks!! I have been with Verizon for more than 20 years(before they got bought out by Verizon) and overall most of my experience with Verizon stores have been ok. I have 3 devices and I told them that I did not want insurance(insurance is scam) but they added insurance when I told them specifically don't want it. And without knowing, I was paying $30 per months for 2 years!! Next time you are in this store, make sure that these guys don't add charges that you don't want. Or better yet, go to somewhere that are honest. Also, I stopped for help with my phone(that I bought here), one of the guys just brushed me off and told me get the fuck out once he realized that I was not going to buy anything that day. Besides being crooks, they are a**holes too. I will not put the name of the guy who did this. I am just waiting for my Verizon contract to expire so that I can go somewhere else, thanks to these guys. This is the worst fucken Verizon ever. We got these workers having conversations with clients. Even though they have people waiting. My grandma and I came to make a payments. I've been sitting here for 40 min already.... and I'm still honestly waiting. I have bought a new phone and such with other companies and it doesn't take over an hour to buy these. They will tell you anything you want to hear and then tag on a bunch of things you don't want by telling you its free, nothing is free. They prey on people who may not completley understand their contracts and they do not explain to customers what they are signing and getting themselves in to. They are vague and repeatedly say "oh no worries it's free". They do not do a good job making sure people know what they are buying. I understand that we are responsible for anything we sign for but it is also the sales persons ethical due dilligence to disclose everything and ensure that the customer understands. When you finally relaize that they blind sided you with a ton of extra charges it's too late to cancel. You try and reach out to them and they completely ignore you. Managers are always too busy and the sales reps change stores or no longer work for them. NEVER AGAIN. Being naive with technology I didnt know what I was getting into. Pretty much, they had a deal going on for tablets. When you're a new costumer, you qualify for a tablet for only $30. Thats what I was told. I asked TWICE if I was going to be charged for service on my tablet and the salesman said no. So I bought the tablet. I never signed anything either. I though it was just a done deal. I was wrong, I am now being charged $10 every month for the tablet because supposably "I got a 2nd line". When it first showed up on my bill, I went back and told them about the situation. I asked to pull out the paperwork with my signiture agreeing to the 2nd line. They couldnt find it. I was given the rebound with both costumer service and this branch. ASs much as I blame myself for not knowing, they could hve atleast been honest and helpful. DO NOT COME HERE.
