So me and my girlfriend walked in on Dec 23 just to kind of see what the payments and plans were like, Kam (possibly the worst phone store employee ever, and I think Hitler worked at a boost mobile for a summer) was the idiot in charge or helping us out. He goes through and quotes us a not too crazy overpriced plan, which doesn't sound to bad. So I ask about how much it would be out the door with our new phones and he lets me know my total and it's agreeable. BUUUUUUUUUT, this jerk proceeds to sign us up so damn fast (my theory is that he was about to leave for the day and wanted this last sign up over as fast as possible) that he gets almost every fucking thing wrong. Not only does he sign me up for the most expensive plan which is at least a good $30 higher than what I expected, I had read about Verizon's activation fees online and asked if I should expect to see them on my bill the first month and he simply says "no", but wouldn't you know it, freaking activation chargers for both lines. Customer service was able to get rid of almost all the extra fees this idiot signed me up for but what REALLY PISSES ME OFF, this guy set my freaking pin himself for my account! I have TWO, 4 digit passwords I use for everything, if it's not one it's the other. This jack ass had something nowhere close what I always use. It was a terrible experience all around. Oh, and when I went in again to try and clarify, the light skin black guy with the vein burst in his eyes refused to give me his name as a point of reference for him "helping" me, and pretty much had me do everything on my own online. UPDATE: I went back to the Verizon Corporate store with an immediate attention to every employee attempting to help one another. Better customer service in general. I was greeted by the manager who I saw last week, and there was no wait to be taken care of. More of a plus. The employee behind the counter (Desiree), was very helpful, and took care of what I needed to accomplish in the store. Thank you, Verizon for the complete 180 degree turn-around for the customer service! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I arrived fifteen minutes before opening to be early on a Sunday, and first thing that irked me that the doors did not open for about eight minutes after 11:00am, then greeted by a half-hearted general manager who explained the wait would be 20 minutes. The wait itself turned into at least an hour and a half, at that point I gave up and left. The wait was horrible, and there were four people on duty, to which the General Manager was busy stocking (during hours? Really?), while twenty people waited, and two female employees were on the back wall laughing and playing on their phones. This was absolutely the worst service and attention served toward clients I have seen at a Verizon store in my eleven years of being a customer, and this is a corporate store!! The ONLY corporate store in Moreno Valley. I would much rather take my business elsewhere to Redlands than waste my time again at this place. read more

Took Three Phone Calls the First one was over 1 Hour after a 45 Minute Internet Chat and then a Second 30 Call with Verizon after 10 minutes Internet Question & Chat on How to Disconnect Services...Then They Refused to Reimburse me for 2 Months of Advanced paid for un received and disconnected services interest and late fees etc...They said they had no record of their internet and previous phone call chats that i saved...They Expected me to Send them MY Snip of their Chats & refused to acknowledge The Fact that I called over 2 Months ago and after a 45 minute internet & phone call I told them that since they would NOT lower or Match Time Warner's Rate that I wanted to Disconnect and Cancel Verizon Services & the Verizon Guy said OK and that's what allot of people do and so I thought I was done with Verizon...Also The Fact that The Verizon Guy Tried to Charge me More for Downgraded slower service that cost more than my existing services made NO Sense as I asked Him Why would I want to do that For? Like he is working against me in revers to charge me More $$ for Slower & less service?! Like working in reverse ...SO I told him to just Cancel and D/C Verizon Service as I already had an appointment with another Cheaper & Better Cable Company That will give me Much More for 1/2 the Price ...He said "OK That's' what a lot of people do" & ALSO ON THE CHAT SAID HE ALREADY SPENT THE MAXIMUM TIME AND HAD TO DISCONNECT MY CHAT TO STOP SERVICES AND OUR CALL SO I THOUGHT IT WAS DONE...I ALSO ASKED FOR A MANAGER AS HE SAID NO MANAGERS WERE AVAILABLE..SO I SAID THAT I WOULD WAIT YET NO MANAGER EVER ANSWERED...HE DID NOT OFFER TO HAVE THEM CALL ME BACK AS HE SAID THEY DON"T DO THAT. SO THERE WENT ABOUT @ HOURS OF A DAY AS I WANTED TO MAKE Sure IT WAS DONE..HE SAID HE HAD TO END THE CALL AS HIS TIME WAS UP AND THAT I WAS FINE TO CANCEL AND DISCONNECT SERVICES...SO I thought I he was going to Disconnect the services at the end of the billing cycle & I was done with Verizon, yet t then got another Bill from Verizon after I cancelled services as they Tried to Bill me for two more months of "Advanced yet Late services that I NEVER RECEIVED AS I ALREADY WAS HOOKED UP WITH TIME WARNER...SO I had to go on the Internet and try to Disconnect or STOP Services AGAIN! And their "Chat Operator" Says they do "NOT UNDERSTAND" The Command/Question to "STOP SERVICE!" SO I had to and take another 30 MINUTES TO Call & EXPLAIN to a TECH & ELEVATED CASE MANAGER THAT I ALREADY CALLED TO CANCEL SERVICES... THEY PUT ME ON HOLD... ...Minutes on the Phone & I had to Threaten to Sue as they Make it Impossible to D/C Services and get a REFUND CREDIT BACK AFTER I SPOKE TO THE SUPERVISOR AND ASSISTANT FOR OVER #) MINUTES TODAY AND SPENT OVER 2 HOUR WITH A MONTH AGO trying to get them to lover the rate as they worked in reverse and tried to increase the rate... SO I told them to CANCEL & Discontinue my SERVICES and they Said OK and Since I didn't get a Confirmation # They Kept on Billing ME and Refused to REFUND SERVICES that WERE D/C 2 Months ago as I went with another Company...The Supervisor refused to Refund even though I paid up 1 Month in ADVANCE SO I really was still overcharged and FRAUD seems to have happened... I Think there should Report Class Action Public Fraud Suit for Illegal Billing of 2 Months of Un rendered Services that I have call and Beg for them to Discontinue and credit back as they want to ruin my credit and Make it Next to Impossible to D/C Services as I spent over 3 Hours on The Phone & Internet where they Do NOT Let you Disconnect and Keep Transferring your Calls hoping to D/C you so I had to Call Back on several Lines...They Make it Too Difficult and still Bill you and insist that You have to be on their Automated Bill pay where they Take your Money Automatically and once set up you have NO Say...Only Because I opted out and was NO Longer in the System and after a BIG Fight and Threat with heir Escalated Services was I able to get the Credit for UN RENDERED FRAUDULENT SERVICES THAT THEY WERE BILLING ME FOR & a D/C Then Confirmation Number that They Waited till the Last MINUTE TO Reimburse me for...The Loops The Cable Company Make you Jump Through and Difficulty and all the Time that is wasted is CRAZY... read more

We all know how exciting it can get when it's time to upgrade your phone since you have been waiting patiently for 2yrs !!! Anyway my husband and I decide to stop by on Sunday afternoon to upgrade his and mine. Well it didn't take us long to make up our mind, he picked a droid and I got the edge. I wanna say Hector was helping us up to this point then we got switched to another "sales representative" Mason whom had helped us before (previous year when we got a couple of tablets also NOT a pleasant experience) so he mentioned the installment agreement to be beneficial especially if we were thinking of getting accessories. Although we were thinking of getting cases and the glass/plastic screen protector he just made a "bundle" which included a $59.99 charger /a car charger /and the 2 other items we wanted. We were NEVER asked if we wanted them or if we were interested in adding them !!! We only upgraded one phone and I was supposed to get the other phone the following day. Came home did a little homework and come to find out I didn't need to purchase anything additional to get the price I got. Anyway went back the following day returned the extra unwanted items (total refund was $120.** ) Won't go this store but if needed I'll decline to deal with this "sales associate" ..... read more

I went to this location because this was the only branch within a 50 mile radius that had the iPad mini 3 in stock. I received such awesome service from Justin and all the other staff their who were super friendly and nice. I know they have been swamped with the 6s release so it was surprising to get such great service on a weekend like this. Even after asking a ton of questions, I didn't see a look of annoyance on his face at all. He told me about the 6g plan and lowered my monthly bill by 20 bucks and I got 3gb more. He told me I can trade my 6 for the 6s and would get 100 bucks off my iPad. Im pretty frugal, so I wait for deals like this and I'm glad they shared this info bcuz I was at the menifee Verizon before this and they didn't tell me very much. Thanks justin and Verizon. I had a variety of different experiences with this place. The first time I went in was on a Sunday afternoon, I wanted to upgrade my phone and was thinking of switching from my trusty iPhone just to try something different. After the hour long wait, the woman that helped me was knowledgeable and friendly. The next day, my fiancee decided he too wanted a new phone, we return and receive the same great service. Fast forward 1 week, my fiancée's brand new iPhone 5 can't seem to tell time correctly and is using an excessive amount of data. We visit the store and explain our issues, he replaces the phone and we leave the store in a timely manner. Fast forward 3 days and my new HTC DNA begins to give me problems, I go a few days with no service before I decide to just go back and get an iPhone instead. We wait about 45 minutes, when we finally get help, the sleepy gentleman who assists us (I say sleepy because he can't seem finish a phrase without yawning) starts off by claiming that I already received an exchange that same day.... I kindly explain I have no idea what he is talking about but he insists I have already visited the store once before that same day. After about 15 minutes of him trying to figure out what was going on, he asks if I just want to keep the phone because he is "having trouble" processing my exchange. Wait! You want me.... to keep a broken phone I am simply not happy with because you don't know how to do your job? I don't think so! Finally, he figures out he has the wrong account pulled up. 2 hours later I walk out the door with a new phone... This store has subpar service. I should have known, a tell tale sign would have to be the angry people storming out furious about the lack of service. I know now... I will deal with Verizon over-the-phone customer service if I want things to get done correctly. I kind of feel like they do not deserve my $220 a month for cell phone service plus my $120 a month for home services. read more

And we've made several phone calls and emails sending them pictures of my id social security card my utility bill. I've talk to people in the fraud department and every time I talk to them the say ok I fixed it your application is approved. I've been a Verizon wireless customer since 2004 and I've been going to this store for the past 5 years, maybe more. I have always had positive experiences, which is why I continue to go back. HOWEVER, today was not so positive. I upgraded my phone a couple of weeks ago and it had to be ordered. I received the phone today and after activating it, I was unable to make or receive calls or text messages. I went into the store and was approached by a not so happy team member named Chad. I explained the issue and he responded...."well did you change out the SIM card" I said no because those were not the instructions I was given and I've never had to change out the sim card for any of my other upgrades. He ended up doing something on the tablet and when he was finished proceeded to walk away and did not say anything. I of course followed and then asked him if he could put on my screen protector. This has always been a curtesy for all my upgrades, and his response was in a sarcastic tone "well we aren't professionals so I'll put it on but it's not going to be perfect". As he finished putting in the screen protector my text messages came through, he hands me the phone and says "well I guess it's doing its thing. Here's you receipt for your trade in its 157.00 and you'll get an gift card for it through your email." At that point I just left. I would have given them 1 star but I gave them two because although he was rude and appeared to be bothered by having to help me, he did fix my phone. If you go to this store I would suggest you not go to Chad for assistance. read more

I truly don't understand all of the low ratings, but every time I go into this location all of the employees are ready to help me no matter what may need be. Yesterday(March 3rd) I decided it was time for a new phone. I was helped by Chea and she was completely helpful and understanding. If I could give them zero stars I would! This store is horrible overall. I have never had a good experience here and even during their slow times you will be waiting for over an hour. I had Chad today and he acted like I was stupid. And could not even figure out my phone. When he switched out the sim it didn't work still so he had to do a hard reset. But first he had to charge my phone. It took 45 minutes for it to charge to 27%. I don't know what charger he was using but at home 45 mins will take my phone from fully dead to charged. He saw me getting impatient after I waited over am hour and grabbed my phone to do the reset as he was helping another customer. He never said how are you today or anything helpful. I wish I could say this is the first experience I have had like this here but it happens every time. I'm so tired of it and wasting hours here!!! read more

Verizon as an organization has the worse customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. They knew our phone we purchased from them wasn't compatible for Bluetooth on a lot of vehicles and failed to disclose this information. They blamed the manufacturer and everyone else. When we asked to just upgrade the phone they refused. They wouldn't even let us transfer the balance. Even their own employees stated they've been deceived by them before. How sad is that. I'm sick of these organizations acting like they're the only game in town, sorry your not and everyone is catching up with you. They also have better service and don't treat their customers like crap. We spent over an hour on the phone and no resolution. I've had them for almost 10 years and no loyalty to their loyal customers. I think all of us that have been lied to should file a class action. This verizon store is a scam. What I asked for and what received on my bill are two different things. When I called the mgr I was told that in order to correct "their" mistake I would need to bring my new tablet back to the store so they could return it and redo the purchase but in order for me to do that I would be required to pay a restocking fee even though I'm keeping the product. read more

WE SWITCHED TO VERIZON!! bf and I have been wanting better service, so hey why not Verizon ! So we went in and was helped by jero I guess coeworkers call him hero. Anyways we originally wanted pricing on possibly switching from t-mobile to Verizon.. we told him our history on tmobile and all that good stuff. He gave us pricing for every type of plan option there was! And wrote every single thing!! Which I love wen people do. The pricing that he gave us would honestly be the same of wat we paid with tmobile! I want to say we were there for about almost 2 1/2 hours! He answered EVERYSINGLE question we kept throwing at him! Just to make sure we didn't have false information or problems in the future. Bf and I were very happy with wat we heard.. he did not WHATSOEVER push us to get a plan with verizon! He was very patient. In the end we got Verizon! I am excited for our new carrier and their awesome service. I recommend this place and of course I recommend JERO! read more

Went here this morning to add a line to my plan. Was greeted at the door with a "we will be right with you." Signed in with the manager a couple of minutes later. 30 minutes later, no one acknowledged us, our wait time, or new customers who walked in after us. I did get a great show of the manager walking around, playing with all of the Bluetooth speaker options and then placing them all around the store on different stations. What a tool. After another 10 minutes of waiting, we left. On our way to the Beaumont store where we have received much better service in the past. read more
