I made mine for after lunch since everyone is happier after a bite. Lol. This is my Spectrum store of choice although I live closer to the Los Altos/Disc store. The customer service is better here than the other stores I have been to. Dion helped me with my kids phones and I'm looking forward to coming back to upgrade mine when the new Galaxy comes out next month. I hope either he or Elijah help me with that. My most recent visit was with Elijah. I felt bad that there were only two of them, but the line was out the door. While Elijah got me set up with my new Iphone purchase, I was able to help an older gentleman pay his bill on their kiosk behind me, so he didn't have to queue into the line. Thank goodness after about an hour being in there two more people came through the doors to help the other customers. I'm happy with my purchase and the customer service I receive at this store. I'll see you guys in about a month.

The employee was yelling at the old man about an account issue. The customer was clearly unable to articulate the technical issue, and the employee started yelling at him and said, "I'm not going to go over this with you again", repeatedly and told him to leave the store and to come back with someone who could talk about the account. It was sad to watch this, and I felt terrible for the old man. No matter what the issue was, the employee should not have berated him or yelled at him. This was not a good experience at Spectrum.

This is not a corporate store. The young lady working there--who was also not well groomed--told me…read moreshe could not help and that it did not matter that I am paying for a phone with no service and cannot access my phone without Wi-Fi. Her explanation was, "I don't work for AT&T, I work for Prime Communications." She went on to say that the fact my phone does not work is "my problem, not hers," and that there was no one who could help me. She refused to provide her name, but gave me the district manager's name, Mr. M (I do not want to publicly criticize him since I have not spoken with him). However, she would not provide his phone number and claimed he could not be reached. I explained that without my cell phone I cannot access my apartment complex, complete two-factor authentication for work, or handle other important tasks. She simply shrugged and said "oh well." When I mentioned possibly seeking legal counsel, she responded, "Go ahead, I would love to see AT&T sued," again followed by, "I don't work for them." Keep in mind, this was my second trip to this store location, totaling about an hour in-store, in addition to 2.5 hours on the phone trying to prove my identity because "the data doesn't match," even though I was physically present in the store with my ID and they could clearly access my account with the same information. The AI chat assistant "Andi" and AT&T chat support have also been completely useless. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold only to repeatedly hear, "Work with me, it will only take five minutes to resolve your issue." After three weeks, no one--from the store or the national support office--has been able to activate my transferred line. Neither the store nor customer service can verify my identity without sending a text message to the very phone that has no service. Apparently, physical presence and a valid ID do not matter. To make matters worse, I received emails and AI chat confirmations indicating that an iPhone had been ordered, but the store claims they cannot even see the order in their system. When I originally signed up for AT&T service over the phone, I already had reservations and a bad feeling about proceeding. During the call, I could hear employees chatting, cursing, and discussing personal relationship drama in the background--it sounded more like a soap opera than a professional business call. However, the direct phone number was provided by my apartment complex, since AT&T is the only provider wired for the building. To AT&T's credit, the internet service works. At this point, unless a true corporate store can resolve this issue quickly, I plan to cancel the wireless service and move to another carrier, even if it costs more. A discount is meaningless when the service and customer support have been this poor. As for cancellation, I am not even sure how I am supposed to cancel a service when no one can properly verify my identity. I am seriously considering stopping payment if this situation is not resolved immediately.

Ive been a long time T…read moremobile customer and when I went to replace a broken phone they offered me a promotion to trade it in and have my new phone completely covered regardless of the condition. The associate Logan ensured me there would be no issue so I agreed paid the taxes and fees and went on my way. Fast forward a couple months later I noticed I was getting charged for the phone after a month of no charges. I tried calling the store and they told me to call customer service. I did that and they couldn't give me any answers. The store called me back and a manager stated to wait and it will resolve itself and to call back next month if it doesn't. I waited and another bill came out with the equipment charge still on there. I tried calling in to customer service to get an update and answers but they store didn't open a ticket or even enter any notes. Luckily my customer service call was on record and they looked into then. Customer service figured out I needed to upgrade my plan for the promo to be eligible. I stated I did not want to spend almost double upgrading my plan and that was not the deal I made in the store. Customer service let me now that since the store offered the promo I would have to fix it with them. I went into the store and another associate found that the original associate Logan put in the wrong promotion and thats why it dropped off. He took my info and said a manager named Julio would reach out to me to fix it because he had the access to do so. 4 days no call so I called in and got Julio. He started to ask me questions like he didn't know what was happening so i informed him of my frustration that he wasn't informed by his staff and no follow up has been made. He rudely cut me off and told me he could already be working on my problem if I just let him know everything from the beginning. I gave him the info and he told me he would contact me back. He called back later that day and informed me that I had to change my plan to get the promo back. I let him know that wasn't the deal I made with Logan and would have refused and picked another option if that was the case. He told me that he spoke with Logan and that Logan stated I refused to upgrade my plan that day. I told Julio that was not true and again I wouldn't have taken the upgrade if so because I want to keep my current plan. He informed me that his employees were aware of promos and accounts and wouldn't make a mistake. I again let him know thats incorrect. The funny thing is a manager (might of been Julio) came over and approved the upgrade so they were fully aware of what they were doing and applied the promo to the wrong account type and if I refused like Logan stated why would they apply the promo at all knowing it wasn't possible? Julio then told me I would have to upgrade or they couldn't help me and maybe they could give me fair value credit for my phone and I would have to pay the rest. I informed him again that is unacceptable and he would have to make it right since his employee took my phone, money and made the deal with me to cover the phone with my trade in. He said he couldn't help me so I stated I wanted this to be made right and I would like us to handle this between us and not have to have attorneys involved. Then he refused to help me at all or give me his employee number so I could file a complaint. He stated he wasn't the police and didn't have to give me any info then hung up on me. All in all Julio is a terrible manager and when faced with an opportunity to make their employees mistake right and treat a loyal long time customer with respect he failed. Julio would have lost a lifetime customer but luckily Michael from customer service was able to get a manager to finally make it right and hold the bad associates accountable after months of attempts and patience with the Keystone location. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location where they treat customers with respect.
