We needed help saving ALL our apps and info.. Rolley White at this location spent SO MUCH TIME WITH US, helping us in every way!!!! He helped us save our apps, restored my music and pictures, and we walked out of the store with our phones fully functional and up to speed! That is a FIRST for me, with a new phone! Rolley answered all my questions (and I had a LOT!) and helped us pick just the right minutes plan and insurance.I will return to this store in June when we are due for another upgrade for my husband, and I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS VERIZON STORE to all my friends! I recently received a brand new tablet from this location shortly after seeing a post from a friend advertising free tablets. Asked about it and it was super easy, the sales rep (Chad) was extremely helpful and courteous, helped me with the whole process over the phone without any issue, and even helped me to save even more money on my bill even with increasing my data.
