Turns out it was refurbished computer that should never have been sold. Nothing is wrong with refurbished computers, mind you, just this one was a piece of crap that should have been sent to the junk heap. Not to mention all the illegal software they used to find viruses. Just saying, find another place.

A friend of mine finally had to go get her computer and take it to another computer store in Payson because they kept putting her off. She took it to another store and they had it fixed in about an hour. I will NEVER use these guys again. They made my life hell!
