This cell phone retailer is a rip off even though they have record of sales through your cell phone number won't refund or exchange products without box and receipt even if it's less than 30 days.. so I will not be back ever I'll shop for cell supplies at Walmart before I ever go back. read more

Honestly, this is the best Verizon to go to. I go in at least once a month to pay my bill, check on new deals and I LOVE IT!! The staff is amazing, super friendly and always honest. They make it a point to let you know if they think doing anything is truly worth it. They never try to hard sell you. I have been with Verizon now for almost 2 years and I have only gone to this store. I always have a good laugh when I go in. Those guys make it that when you have to go in you're not thinking to yourself "oh god I have to go in to Verizon and get this taken care of." It's more "Awesome, I know I'm going to be taken care of and my problem will have a quick solution." 20 stars if I could!! read more

I signed up with Verizon on 9/12/21 in the valley and was treated with a lot of respect. I signed up with the most expensive plan which includes Apple Music, Hulu, Disney and ESPN in my plan. I have been having trouble trying to access those amenities so I called my local Verizon store in Payson. When I got through John had answered the phone and I explained my issues and his response was "where did you sign up at?" I said the valley and his response was "ugh well why don't you try calling there" and straight up hung up on me. I called back which Tony answered this time, which I guess is the manager and was given the same terrible energy. Pretty unfortunate I'm going to have to travel 60 miles every time I would like to go into Verizon because my local Payson location is full of RUDE employees who don't care about helping the needs of the customers. I hope John and Tony are fired and are replaced with competent, helpful employees. read more

So I thought I had a great experience with my new phone and tablet while working with Chad the manager at this location 401 tcc location in payson. Well I was assured my bill would go up approximately 20.00 or so. On average my bill is, 158.00 my next bill from Verizon was, 436.00. Not super happy about that one and considering holidays are right around tell corner. This should be criminal! read more

June 10-2017 Saturday-mid afternoon. Terrible terrible terrible customer service!!! We walked in and up to the counter to see if we could ask some questions about boosting accessories for the Rim region. At the desk there were 3 young male employees. One was leaning down playing with a cell phone (texting) and the other two were having a conversation. After standing at the counter about 3-4 feet from all 3 employees without even a simple recognition that we were there we left after about 5 minutes. Basic customer service (e.g. acknowledgment of a customer) goes a long way. I'll take my business to places where I am acknowledged and respected as a customer from individuals that have the maturity and training to actually deliver. read more
