Was told that its because of the amount of devices we had connected. Most were connected through ethernet, and all but two devices were idle-not even being used. We were never given an account number. Sales Rep was terrible at following up calls and communication. They left the install half done, we are still waiting for them to pickup the equipment and remove the wires from our yard. Was told a manager would call us within 24 hours-that never even happened. Took over two hours to cancel service. They have you repeat all the issues to each person they transfer you to-this just engrains the dissatisfaction I experienced with every interaction and I will NEVER give them another chance. The modem failed the first night. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!!! I'd avoid at ALL costs-you WILL REGRET giving them a chance. I didn't think a company could be that UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

My wifi/hard-wired speeds had been inconsistent and generally very slow. I determined it was likely do to bad cabling from the previous owners, as well as the cabinet having useless, used cables everywhere. I HATED working in that room as it was a nightmare to work with. A picture speaks a thousand words so check out the before and after. He mounted everything in the cabinet very professionally, removed all the redundant and used cables (having to climb through a insulated tightly packed attic) and mounted my router on the outside of the cabinet for easy access and to provide maximum range/efficiency. My speeds on both wifi and hardwired skyrocketed! Even during PEAK hours I was getting well over what my cable company was 'guaranteeing.' Off-hours it is well beyond what is advertised by Cox. He was very thoughtful in his process. (planned ahead and had multiple solutions if he came across any problems.) Beyond the box he checked the Ethernet jacks in every room and re-placed them/tested as necessary. He does full residential and commercial jobs and for the amount of time he spent the price was beyond fair and MUCH lower than I was expecting. I cannot recommend this guy enough!

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Frist beware OCS is not an Arizona…read moreLicensed Contractor most likely in violation of Arizona State Statutes A.R.S 32-1151 and /or 32-1165. We did employ OCS not knowing this issue to install a Security System for our home which would give us the ability to see and replay videos while traveling. Since installing the system 6 months ago we have never been able to replay videos from our PC's. At OCS's decision they installed the Zosi Equipment which has no operations Manuals and marginal support (if any) by only email. When attempting to get the owner Oscar Sabino to address the issue he tells us he is only a cable guy, and we need to hire a computer technician to solve our problem. We hired him to install a working security System and never had the understanding he is not reasonable for the operation of the system. During the Six Months we had the Zosi Controller go bad and it took six months and fighting with Oscar to get it replaced. Today we still cannot replay from our traveling Computers, and he tells us, it is not his responsibility, and we can hire a technician or purchase a better controller for $1,600 more after we paid him $4,420 for the system. I have also discovered when placing the cables in the attic our installation was torn apart and not replaced. I have complained to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and will most likely end up in small claim court. Learn my experience and find a different Contractor.
