Every time I walk in, I'm greeted warmly and have an overall great experience. I especially want to recognize Jody at the Pro Desk--she is always smiling, happy, and genuinely kind. I absolutely love her! I always look forward to seeing her, and honestly, it's a little disappointing when she's not there. That said, the rest of the team is also friendly and helpful. It's clear this location still values great customer service, and it really makes a difference.

Guy working here showed me to aisle 9 and wow, this place has so many options! Was better than Walmart, which mainly only had men's gloves and I couldn't find any of their gardening gloves either. This place was well stocked with small size gloves, which is what I needed and their winter gloves was also available too. Overall, a good experience here and I see why they are still in business despite Walmart and Home Depot nearby. Parking lot is easy here. Thanks to Paul's Ace Hardware, I got a pair of gloves that were cute but also extremely good for my training needs. I'd come back again!

I chose this place because it was open later (than the shoe repair that was closer to me that closed at noon) and it would give me a chance to get transportation there. I was here from out of town.
