After telling him my phone model he gave me a price but I didn't even tell him what was needing to be done. What he quoted me for was not exactly what I needed. Strike 1. Then went to the store today to get the repair done and I heard the same gentleman lying to a lady stating that Bluetooth requires internet to work. Strike 2. Not a great customer service. When he went to help me I gave him the details of what I needed to have done and he began working on the phone and then mentioned for repairs its Cash Only. Why would you not say that before you start working on it and when I call on the phone for a quote. I had no cash and this place wasn't worth my time and effort get cash because at that point this place got Strike 3. Honestly, I don't recommend this place as they didn't show great customer service, didn't show me any honesty which lead me not to trust them.

What's advertised and what you actually pay--with all the hidden costs and fees--are two completely different things. With the loyalty and thousands of dollars they've received from me, I would expect top-notch service. Unfortunately, not all of their employees are cross-trained properly on certain issues or policies, which can be frustrating when they bounce you from store to store or between phone support agents. Overall, I'd say I'm disappointed with the service I've received as a customer over the years, and once my contract is up, I do not plan on returning to or recommending AT&T to anyone. That said, I have to give a shoutout to Tony, who works at this location. He did everything he could to help me resolve my issue and was extremely patient and willing to go above and beyond. Although he was ultimately limited by the company's technical issues, I truly admired his dedication and effort to make sure I left satisfied. For context, I was there for two hours--which should tell you something about the quality of AT&T's phone support. Again, this isn't the employees' fault, but rather a reflection of the company as a whole. Tony is excellent at communication and troubleshooting, and I wish him nothing but the best in his future endeavors. It was truly outstanding how dedicated and professional he was. The simple replacement went from a perfectly working phone to a broken phone. The screen kept going white with lines or just didn't turn on. Another thing that ticked me off was that my 17 year old daughter took it to them on her own and when she went back to pick it up they had added a front screen because they broke hers and were charging her for it as well. My husband had to drive over because they wouldn't give her the phone back without paying the additional cost they had added because they broke it. Funny thing was that when my husband arrived no longer just a kid, they were like "pay us what you think is fair". Lucky I hadn't been there because fair would have been $0.00.
