Came into this location after upgrading my phone because I had some misunderstandings on my bill. Samantha was quick to help! She went through my bill with me, and also was kind enough to get customer service on the phone for my dad and I when we needed further information. I was extremely pleased but her customer service! And also I want to make note that Warren was the associate who helped me get my upgrade. He was very informative in the questions I asked and was also friendly! I just want to say how helpful, knowledgeable, and patient Fawad was both times I worked with him. I had a LOT of questions and he patiently answered each one. He was great, and I very much appreciated his service to me, especially since I am not very knowledgeable about technology and my phone and it can be a scary situation. I've been with Verizon for so many years and there has always been a problem at this particular location. A women named Bibi was being the biggest jerk to her customers. I went in with two iPhones that needed new screen protectors. She said only one phone was valid because it had some sort of Screen Protector Program, which we have NEVER HEARD OF!!! So I was able to get a protector for one phone but with the other wasn't able to. Bibi stated that she needed to see the old screen protector before putting on a new one which was bs because on the other phone, she didn't need to. She saw I was peaking off the old protector and I threw it in the trash. Granted this was before she told about this "policy". She gave me and my mom so much crap that she had me dig through the trash can to find the old one. What service was this?! Bibi should not be treating customers this way. Even after I got the old protector out of the trash, she still didn't replace it. At other locations, it was a breeze. I've gotten my screen protector replaced a billion times!!! It's also been this location that's been giving us complete crap. I will NEVER go back to this Verizon location ever again! So heads up everybody. read more

Everyone, please do not go to this GoWireless store. I went there on August 27th, 2016 to go buy a new phone because I broke my old phone. First, if you need to buyout your phone, they have to call Verizon Customer Care, which did take forever. I could've done this at home if I knew that this store couldn't handle doing buyouts in-house. Second, I wanted to buy a Samsung Note 7, but wasn't too sure because I haven't had an Android for 3 years. However, the Sales Representative, Warren K, convinced me into buying a Samsung 6 Edge +. He claimed this phone came out in April 2016 (which I now know is a lie), claimed that this phone is water resistant (which I also now know is a lie), and claimed that this phone can use SD cards (which is also a flipping lie). My husband went to go buy an SD card for my phone on September 11th, 2016 since my storage was getting full and when he got home, I went to go look for this SD card slot, and it doesn't exist. So I looked up the specifications that day and noticed that NONE of the information I was told about this phone was true. To top it ALL off, is that they sold me the phone at full retail price at $768.99 when this phone is over a year old. I could've gone online and bought this same phone (which I wouldn't have in the first place since it doesn't have everything I need) for $515.00 on Amazon. So, if you are a Verizon customer or a potential Verizon customer, please go to an actual Verizon store and not to GoWireless. read more

I'm sitting waiting to get my new phone and I can't believe how bad the lady employee (the one with the tattoo behind her ear) is treating a customer. She actual told the customer you need to not interrupt me and treat me with respect. Then repeated that to the girls mother.. "Blah blah blah, I have kids and they don't act like this...blah blah".... All the poor customer did was ask a question... I had my phone stolen over the weekend. Needless to say I was not in the best mood when I had to go to the Verizon store to replace it. Despite my mood Roberto was quick to get me the right phone at the right price. He was courteous and friendly and was very patient with me as I asked him multiple questions about retrieving data from my stolen phone. He even went ahead and took the time to show me some additional steps that I can take to ensure that my data is backed up in the unfortunate circumstance that I was ever to have my new phone stolen or lost. Our iphone is not working and has several glitches that affect texting, running apps, etc. The phone is under warranty for replacement, but the insurance company did not want to provide us with a new phone. Antwan fought for us and told the insurance agent kindly that she was mistaken and should take care of us. She still did what is wrong. Thankfully we can still go to Apple and see how they can help us. I came in here very cautious of authorized retailers. I was on vacation and this was close by. Samantha made my experience almost hassle-free. She was very friendly and assisted me in every way she could. She was also pretty good at taking care of more than one customer at a time - which corporate retail locations very much lack. She was knowledgeable and I could tell she was genuinely trying to assist me and not just sell me. She also made sure all of my contacts were transferred on my new phone. I called the store to get information about upgrading my phone. I talked to Andrew he was very patience and very helpful over the phone. I called at least 2x before going in to the store . I was greeted by a nice young man I don't remember what his name was but he was very polite to me. I asked for Andrew Who was sitting at a desk. I said who I was and he immediately started helping me with my issues. I did not want to upgrade my beloved S6 phone, however My phone was dropping calls and the battery was shot. Andrew showed me iPhone 8 and told me it was basically the same as the S-6 except it would work faster and the camera was better. He also included a screen protector, case, and a car charger. He went above and beyond what was expected. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I will continue to be a customer especially with Andrew working as the manager at Verizon. I highly recommend you visit the store in Oceanside off of Oceanside Boulevard and college they are phenomenal.You will not be disappointed. My wife was told by the store manager that a free iPad Mini was free with her purchase of an iPhone 7 Plus. When we reviewed the paper work we discovered that she'd been charged $600+ for the iPad. The iPad was returned the next day (12/10/2016) and, as of 1/3/2017, the charges have yet to be reversed. After 2+ hours on the phone with Verizon I'm told that because this isn't really a "corporate" Verizon store (despite a huge Verizon sign over their store) I'm left to deal with the problem and not Verizon. Beware of who you are doing business with. Verizon customer "service" is incompetent and really sucks! read more
