Then when you follow up because your bill is much higher than you were told, they will blame others and continue to make false promises. Anthony. Wow. A true gentleman and an amazing listener. I had no business being near Verizon, but I happened to be having ice cream with my kid. I walked into the store to ask if by chance, I could have a napkin or paper towel for my daughter. Anthony was very generous and provided me with one, then casually began to ask about my day. The topic changed to my now-previous provider, T-Maybe (because maybe it works, maybe it doesn't), and the next thing I know, I'm walking out with a brand new iPhone 16 plus pro 30 minutes later, and I even got to keep my number! I feel bad because Martin really was very nice and did his best to meet my needs. That said, it's simply not enough when every time I walk into this store I have to wait for several hours. Today was almost 4 hours. Last time was around 3 hours. It just should not take that long. No excuses! They promised me one price on my upgrades and bill but I was charged more. Stay away from this location! Go to a corporate store or go on the website. I went to this location thinking it was an actual Verizon store to switch cellular services from ATT. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but issues since. I was helped by a nice sales associate named Martin. He wore a Victra Lanyard and this was the only indication I had that he was not a Verizon employee or that this was not a Verizon store. I proceeded to trade in my iPhone 12 for an iPhone 14 Pro and would receive an $800 credit towards the 14 Pro. I also added my wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max onto the plan that she purchased directly from Apple. Our phone numbers were not transferred over even though they were supposed to be. After a week of waiting I had to go back to the store and waited hours in the store for the issue to be resolved. Martin was able to figure out and resolve the issue. I thought everything was completed but that was just the beginning. After the first billing cycle, I logged into my Verizon account and saw that a device payment plan was added to my wife's iPhone even though she purchased through Apple. I went back to the store. Martin called Verizon and attempted to resolve the new issue. Unfortunately, it did not get resolved. Daphne, the store manager stated they would provide a refund for the full amount of my wife's iPhone charged in the payment plan. She stated they cannot cancel the payment plan and I would continue to be charged monthly until the end of the payment plan. I was supposed to receive the check within 4 weeks. The district manager was emailed for approval per Daphne as well. She stated they would be keeping in contact with me to get this issue resolved asap. Two months went by and I received no check. I received no phone calls or any other type of communication but continued to pay for my wife's iPhone that was already paid for through Apple. I called Verizon. They were unable to help due to purchasing Verizon services through an authorized dealer. I called the store and spoke with another sales associate named Clay. He stated Daphne is now the manager at their Riverbank location but he would followup with her and get back to me. I received a call back from Clay within a few hours and he stated the check had been approved. But it would be another month before I would receive it. He provided no explanation as to why it was taking so long. After dealing with all of the above, I never received a trade in credit of $800 for my iPhone 12 to my Verizon bill. Apparently the trade in wasn't submitted correctly and they had to resubmit. Not sure it happened. October arrived. Still no check, and no trade in credit. This whole experience has been a cluster. I again called the store multiple times over multiple days to speak with Martin. He finally returned my call but had only excuses for why I still had not received the refund check or trade in credit. Their new manager was supposed to call me back but i never heard from them. I found Victras corporate employee directory on the internet then left a message requesting assistance with these issues. I also planned to speak with our local news station if I did not get a return call. Amya from the Victra corporate office returned my call. I provided an explanation of all the issues that have arisen since transferring my cell phone service to Verizon with Victra. She stated she would be following up and to please allow her a week to resolve all these issues since we were speaking on a Friday afternoon. Amya called me back within 5 days. The payment plan was removed from my Verizon bill for my wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max, and $180.00 was credited to my Verizon bill for the payments that were made to the payment plan. Unfortunately, due to Martins error when submitting my trade in originally I am only receiving a check for the current market value of my iPhone 12. I have now received a check in the amount of $565 for my iPhone 12. Finally, the 5 month nightmare is over and it only took a staff member at Victra Corporate 5 days to fix the mess. Daphne, you suck as a manager and lied to me!, pretty much left me hanging with no help. Martin, you're an idiot and all this mess was your fault!. AVOID THIS STORE! Save yourself the hassle and go directly to a corporate Verizon store or the Verizon website. Screw this store! read more

This company is the worst. I literally am unable to log into the account to turn off a phone line. Verizon changed the pin on my account and now conveniently they can't close the line either. I'm gonna end up having to sue them to get the charges off my credit because I'm not gonna keep paying for a service I don't have. I wanted to purchase an Apple Ultra 2 watch but needed to know that both phone numbers I have on my phone would work with the watch. Gabriel assured me the watch could only be assigned to one of my numbers. I asked if he knew this or just thought (I asked that because of how he answered). He said "it's not promoted to do that". I asked if he was willing to research it - he pretended to and said that I could not do it. My Son looked it up in under a minute and it showed that we could use the watch with the two numbers I have assigned to my phone. Gabriel was completely apathetic the entire time - and was unapologetic when we demonstrated to him that his assumption was incorrect. read more

I want to first off say a huge thank you to Savannah and Olga for helping me get my Apple Watches activated for both my kids. They understood why I needed them and did everything in their power to get them fixed! They sat with me for 3+ hours to get my Apple watches activated. THEY ARE ROCKSTARS AND SHOULD BE REWARDED FOR THIER HARD-WORK!!!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the both of them!!! THANK YOU AGAIN GIRLS! I like going to the Verizon Store because it's very close to my house, and better than driving 40 minutes through the next two towns if I can help it. The salesman was very knowledgeable on Verizon issues obviously, but he also knew quite a bit about iPhones. This was great because it saved me a trip to the appleStore. Wasn't acknowledged even after being in the store for 30 min. With two workers in store. A simple "hello" or a "we'll be with you as soon as we can" would of even been fine.
