Several years ago, at The Razzari Auto Centers, we decided to outsource our IT. It was a big…read moredecision. We had a network over 100 computers, multiples servers and multiple systems. We hired a local firm that soon thereafter went out of business. Our second try, again with another local firm was a swing and miss. They claimed to have the ability to maintain our network, but, ultimately, it was just beyond their abilities. I was resigned to either hiring an in-house IT professional or going outside of Merced to solve our issues. It was at that point that I was introduced to Tom Leach at Mid Valley IT. I decided to give the local company a try. And I'm glad I did. Mid Valley IT handled our network with ease and efficiency. Any time we had an issue, they were a quick phone call away. Unlike one of the other firms we'd hired, their technicians stay with Mid Valley. So, we always had someone around who knew our network. I would get calls from time to time from other IT companies asking me to consider switching. Every time, the answer was, "Why would I do that? I've got Mid Valley IT!"
