Ok so to start out we have a few phones in our household and yet another needed to be added. AT&T is our choice and we headed for the local phone store. Met Matthew, have you met Matthew? What a great young man. Very present and relaxed and listed to my needs and what I wanted. He provided answers and interjected personal anecdotes along the way. The whole time still feeling like he listened and cared about what I needed. Phone rang and handled it quickly and right back to me. More customers came in and he let them know he was finishing with me and was on the way, all in a relaxing reassuring tone like he had everything well in hand. Finished my purchase with some discounts I didn't account for and out the door I went , a new iPhone 14 pro max for the wife and Christmas was saved. I would put 0 stars but that is not an option. Been coming to this store for the last two years. Normally a younger kid would be in there and he is the most patient employee. Never hesitates to help this older lady who hates technology. But I went in there recently and an older gentleman was there and he was nothing but rude! Seemed overly annoyed that I didn't know how to work a new phone for transferring data! But I'm also glad I ran into him because I just moved all my phone lines to Verizon because of him! I ordered a phone, and they never told me it had to be signed in person. Had I known, I would have had the phone delivered to the store. Then when I tried to adjust order, they offered zero help or solutions. Just told me to wait until phone got sent back to wharehouse. Then what?! read more

Every person in that store location is a liar and a cheat. Ally, shady as all. Wrote me a plan and then told me as I walked out the door or by the way what you see on your bill is not correct ( everything I asked for was not on the bill) that I will have to go back to the app and update my request, the computer system forces everything to the maximum. The highest price the insurance all the things I didn't ask for. Her manager whom I spoke to on the phone while I was at a different AT&T location was incredibly rude and called me an idiot and that it was my fault that I got signed up for this because I didn't know what I was doing. read more

Took my wife yesterday cause she had an issue with her phone. Walked I and got the best service to date. The young lady was alone but she was friendly and fixed the problem easily. I just felt bad for her due to an unruly lady who was extremely rude. But she handled her very politely. She was extremely professional. This is my go to store from now on. read more

Probably one of the worst ATT's in the valley. Won't give new the iPhones unless you're getting a new line. They just Called my sister saying they just go pro maxes and now they are saying they dont when they literally just called her. read more

The girls at this store seriously go above and beyond, not only did they help me choose the best phone for me and my needs, but they also went through my bill and saved me over $80!! Went in to get my phone replaced when I dropped my old one. Long story short, they tried to sell me a new plan that would be the same cost as I have been paying. New bill comes and... so I go in and they tell me I am missing some discounts. They can't fix it and I need to call customer service service and ask for the discounts and correction. They can't help. The girls that worked there messed up my account and after playing a game of phone tag talking with AT&T customer care they keep telling me I need to contact this store directly for fixing my account but I called and someone at this store said he will transfer me to the front gals that worked on my account and then the call hung up on me. And now every time I keep calling there's no answer and another AT&T rep that it redirects to said there phone line is not being answered. So it makes me think that there just ignoring the problem they created with my account. read more

Arrived at store to grumpy store employee. I was given an appointment to pick up a phone. I was immediately told they do not do appointments here. The employee could not provide me with information on stock they had in the store and started assisting another employee with their customer. I called while in store to try to figure out why I had been told to come to store to pick up phone. Employee started yelling across room with other customers present regarding my phone conversation. Apparently now she wanted to help. She is the manager! Super disappointed that a manager would be yelling, especially that she is the actual manager. such a poor example of management! Beyond ridiculous. I've been an AT&T customer for 10 years atleast. Time to hire an adult that can handle their title and stop them from representing AT&T this way.. read more

Go to Juan! He was so Amazing! After two phone calls to Juan, I settled on the iPhone 11Max Pro. I had to turn in my Samsung S9, but got a great deal switching from Sprint to AT&T. I mean I was with Sprint for 19 years!!! WTH??? Was I thinking? No comment! I'm so happy with this phone (that I really don't know how to work). It takes time but the cameras are off the chart! 5 years ago I wrote a scathing review. Today, I returned and was significantly impressed by the manager, Tacoma, and her breadth of knowledge. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and figured out how to save us some money. I will be returning to this store, and will review it further at that point. I was in need of a newer phone . It was obvious , warm , recharging all the time. The salespersons acknowledged that buying a phone out right was basically a loss in opportunity to upgrade your phone , with little or no expense. Did I tell you I had my phone for at least 4 yrs. Upgrading not my issue. So In reality a service I will not likely need. Looking at my Bill that fee was present. I picked out a guardz cover for my phone. A large otter box looking cover. Off I went 3-4 wks later returned because with phone calls people can't hear me. Same gentleman helped me , he said it's the cover !! Really you sold it to me, his reply too long since you last purchased no refund!?!?! It's starting .. So with the expense of the new phone I purchased, he suggested returning the old phone , a refund of $350. Great!! Come to find out ... while your paying for your new phone 36 mos, (they piece meal that refund money over that time frame. If you did want to pay off your phone early , too bad the refund goes away??? Did I not pay for that old phone out right! Very strange how a well established business, is clever to overlook your good will to send in a somewhat working phone to be refurbished and possibly resold? The hopes of a Refund, a figment of my imagination. Careful!! See it in writing before jumping into a contract or proposed refund. read more

Just went to buy a new iPhone 8plus. Which I was only doing because AT&T service is so bad in Oakdale. I was told that a newer phone might get better service. So not happy to begin with. Then they refused to sell it to me outright. They said my only option was to make payments, which I know isn't true. I want to make sure whoever owns or manages that place knows, they missed out on a $1000 sale. read more
