We had to go back today to give them my old phone and had a complete opposite from the customer service from last week. You could tell the employee didn't want to be there. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to get him engaged in some conversation, but that was a negative. Another customer came in when we were in there and he said nothing to her, but I did, just to show him how he needs to interact with customers by saying, hi there, I will just be a minute", but he still said nothing to the other customer. He definitely needs some customer service training. I will not go back, nor will I recommend your store to anyone else.

I went…read morethere for a simple screen saver change and ended up waiting a total of 6 hours over a period of 3 days. Not only that but the rep Sabrina ( who was very rude ) told me it was my fault because I didn't come in when they were less busy. When I ask her for my money back for the lame screen saver she flat out said no. I got home and called T-Mobile from my phone and they were apologetic and immediately refunded my money. I like T Mobile overall but I would say totally avoid this store and if you get Sabrina as a rep God help you. In the end I never got a replacement screen saver. NOT even an offer for one.
