It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to get him engaged in some conversation, but that was a negative. Another customer came in when we were in there and he said nothing to her, but I did, just to show him how he needs to interact with customers by saying, hi there, I will just be a minute", but he still said nothing to the other customer. Worst place I've been too, they took my brothers phone to fix for water damage, it was supposed to…read morebe done in less then a week. It took three weeks and they didn't even fix it. It still wasn't working, they guy set it had trouble with a rebooting thing, they spent a week and a half to get one part installed (including shipping to their location) then he wanted us to pay a $25 labor fee when the phone wasn't even fixed.
