We had to go back today to give them my old phone and had a complete opposite from the customer service from last week. You could tell the employee didn't want to be there. It was probably the worst customer service I have ever had. I tried to get him engaged in some conversation, but that was a negative. Another customer came in when we were in there and he said nothing to her, but I did, just to show him how he needs to interact with customers by saying, hi there, I will just be a minute", but he still said nothing to the other customer. He definitely needs some customer service training. I will not go back, nor will I recommend your store to anyone else.

I didn't want t tell him I was in the ER with 6 herniated discs, as I didn't think it was his business. I told him I was not available for the evening for personal reasons, and asked if he could hold the phones for another day. He said no problem. I went in the next day and went to talk to Vic. He said the phones were already sold, as I didn't come back in when I was supposed to. I told him I had spoke with Caesar the previous day, and he assured me the phones would be secured. Vic informed me that not only had they sold the phones, but the ph are now on back order, and wouldn't be available till March. This was December 21st. He told us if we switched colors, we could get phones on Jan 18th. So I said fine, switch colors. Vic sat there typing for @ 2hrs, typing, then going into the bac room. Every time I asked him, what's going on, he replied, I have to go check on something. He initially quoted me $192 to pay for the taxes as a payment. He then 2hrs later said I needed to pay an additional down payment of $50 per phone, which was a total of $200 more. I fumed as I've been a customer for 4yrs, and never missed, or been late on 1 payment. After going back and forth with him saying there was nothing he could do. So I said fine, I'll pay the additional amount. In the meantime, he accidentally cut off my Netflix, and couldn't fig out how to have T-Mobile cover the account fee. I was there for so long, I paid for Netflix, so my kids would stop calling me.Vic assured me my account would be credited, we'll see about that. After about 4hrs of Vic fumbling around telling me he's trying to figure something out, he looked up at me and said, honestly, you'd be better off if you come back in the Spring. My response was, wtf are you talking about, I need a new phone now. My phone only holds a charge for about an hour. He said, well you'll get a better deal then. I was like you have to be kidding me. He replied, i can't figure this out, try calling corporate in the morning. Maybe they can figure thi out. It's saying you need a $200 deposit per phone. And a $30 upgrade charge per phone. It won't let m change it because, they'll think I'm just trying to manipulate the numbers to get a sale. The deal I was trying to take, was buy 1 get 1 free. why would I be paying all these extra fees for a free phone. If I paid all the extra charges he eventually proposed, I would be paying for the 2 free phones outright, and still have to pay for the other phones over a 30mo contract. I'm calling corporate in the morning, I'll write another review after speaking with them.

Not good at all. I'm still not sure what was going on there but it was pretty sketchy. I felt…read morelike the guy must've been inebriated......he kept asking me the same question over and over....I kept telling him, yes, that's what I want. He asked me again in a different way, i told him yes, so what do I need to do. Then he said i should go to BestBuy. I said ok. Then he said I'd have to come back next week because their machines have been down for days and wanted me to pay him in cash. Meanwhile his buddy at the counter is laughing.....I told him I'd just come back. So he repeats that to me like 3 or 4 times. During this exchange of water that was, he would also just stare at me.... I honestly have no idea what was going on there but it definitely wasnt professional business....I wont ever go back there.

I would have given 4 stars because in the past the customer service has been good at this location,…read moreone time over and above. Today however, some guy named oscar was horrible. I'd been with metro PCS since they opened up the first US metro pcs store in vancouver washington back in the 2000's owned by veterans. Best service ever, and the best prices, best phones, now they s**k. My phone had died and I wanted just a basic phone, and Oscar asks if I want to keep same number, and I said yeah, of course, I've had it for 15 years, then he tells me it will cost alot more to keep my number if I want a new phone, no discounts. So I'm asking for what phones are just basic for making calls and he points to 300 something dollar phones, and I said theyve always done that ans said that's BS, it's federal law you can keep your number. He keeps arguing and says you can keep your same number but it's going to cost you. I looked at him like he's crazy and then he looks at his watch and says, if you don't like it you can go somewhere else, I don't care. So I said fine, Oscar, if that's how you treat a customer who has been with this store a year and metro pcs for 15, and you don't want my money, fine, bye. Pretty sh**tty customer service. I went and bought another phone somewhere else, no charge to keep my number, better service same phones less money and no contract same price I had been paying and no charge to acctually pay my bill like metro pcs does, who is now owned by tmobile. Maybe that's the problem..
