I walked in, dropped off my phone, and picked it up a few hours later. It was only when I was picking it up that they told me that my iPhone would flag the parts they used as being a problem, but that I could just ignore the flags. They did not tell me that I would no longer be able to monitor my battery health. They did not tell me that the replaced screen would have poorer quality. I was irritated that they didn't disclose that until the work was done, but was willing to live with it. I immediately noticed the change in image quality, but I didn't have time to bring it up. I took my phone home... and hours later, there was an apparent defect. There was a single line of pink, glowing vertically across the face of the screen. It came and went... I restarted my phone, but that didn't make a difference. I had to go out of town for work, but planned to bring it back as soon as I was back in town. Unfortunately, less than 48 hours after the repair, my phone began to become less and less usable. One of the corners showed a 1x0.5 inch area of randomly colored screen. The right-most side of the entire screen was completely black, gradually lightening towards the left side. I took it back in and immediately got a prickly response, with them stating that that was clearly damage (and thus, not covered by their warranty). I was flabbergasted, as I started having issues only a few hours after their repairs were completed. I hadn't dropped my phone or done anything that might cause damage. I'd paid ~$250, spent significant time getting it repaired, been accused of damaging my phone, and my phone was now less usable than it had been with the original damage. They consulted with someone elsewhere and begrudgingly told me that they'd replace it again under warranty, despite the fact that "it's clearly damage." They replaced the screen and LCD array. It's been fine since, though the image quality is still significantly lacking. It feels crappy to fork out the money for repairs that feel subpar. It feels crappy to have people strongly imply that you're dishonest and taking advantage of their warranty. It feels crappy to have information about the repairs withheld until they've been completed. I'm glad I can squeeze another year out of my phone, but I won't be back and I won't be recommending this business to anyone.

They completely lied to us and had my brother come back 3 different times in one week saying the manager would be there at a certain time and every time he went back with his infant the manager was never there but the staff assured us that when the manager (Parker young ) was back he would be able to accommodate charges that were never mentioned when purchasing a new I phone....that we didn't even want in the first place but the sales man at this store insisted & pushed a new I phone on us when we were there for an insurance claim and to get a refurbished phone but the sales man insisted that it was cheaper for the new I phone (WRONG ) my bill went up tremendously also when purchasing this phone he dealt with a guy named Nate who impersonated being a manger and when my brother walked in they said that guy doesn't even work here and had no idea who my brother was talking about and they had no clue who even sold the I phone to my brother in the first place at the same store (Super unprofessional) We called Verizon corporate and had a bunch on notes placed onto our account that they promised this store would accommodate. When we finally talked to the Manager Parker Young He said they could not accommodate our needs and wasn't able to refund any of the down payment for the phone so we returned the phone with out the money we put down for the phone Definitely taking this matter up with corporate Parker also mentioned he didn't work for Verizon. Really odd considering this is verizon store

He is an extremely knowledgeable person who knows his stuff. I came in to get a new phone and I ended up switching over from T-Mobile with no hesitation. Nathan understood that I was in a time crunch and was so skilled at his job that he even multitasked and helped another customer out simultaneously. He is fast, efficient, and really respectful. Nathan ran my credit and showed me all the available options that I was granted, simplified everything I did not understand and even taught me few things I was not aware of. I am super thankful. And I want to make sure Nathan is recognized. He deserves to climb higher and higher in his Verizon career.

I understand helping other customers, but basic customer service goes a long way. There were only two employees working, and the service was extremely slow. Lisandro was one of them. If they can't properly handle customers' needs with the current staffing, they need to schedule more help. Very disappointing experience, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Internet $35 two phone lines $60, total $95. Took two weeks to get the internet box in the SIM cards . Not even 2 weeks after being connected they tried charging me $135 . And they still didn't transfer phone numbers . And it was only 2 weeks of connected internet . I told him hell no you need to get your shit straight . Totally blowing off what I was trying to explain to them that I'm not paying for a month and only having half the service for not even 2 weeks . I told him I ain't doing it they turn around put it up another $100 when I tried calling back the automated system said I have to pay minimum of 185 that goes 235 for 2 weeks of service, correction half service . Told the rep I want to talk to his manager because I've been loyal that's got to mean something . Demand you got on the phone about 2 seconds of speaking not even escalated they hung up . They called me back hung up again didn't even get a chance to say anything . T-Mobile as I knew it turned into manipulative lying receiving scammers. Going right along with all the others that are making everyday miserable with the 500 calls a day making a career out of being losers trying to get over on people for a living . 30 years of having a phone underneath them through their services . 10 Metro bus to T-Mobile . Very very disappointing T-Mobile. You turn into a let down . I hope you fold quick . Please I just shake my head for a rating well less than a star .

I don't mind waiting but these kids don't greet you, let alone let you know they'll be with you as soon as they can. And this isn't exclusive to this particular T-Mobile; they seem to hire and train their employees to have zero sense of urgency. It's amazing how $20 minimum wage is the expectation for this level of work; I worked harder for $6.50/hour. Verizon may be more expensive but at least they're more interested in actually being of service.

Truly, it's a rare talent to make a customer feel like they've committed a federal offense just by walking in before closing, but Mia has mastered it. I came in the night before--yes, a whole few minutes before closing--and Mia greeted me with the enthusiasm of someone being forced to run a marathon in the rain. The sighing, the glaring, the "I cannot believe you're making me do my job right now" energy... breathtaking. I didn't realize entering a store during business hours was such a personal attack, but thank you, Mia, for the enlightenment. I was told by the representative the night before that I had two weeks to get all my information transferred because I have extremely important documents on my phone. So naturally, when I came back the next morning--on a Sunday, no less--Mia decided to rewrite store policy on the spot. According to her, under no circumstances was I taking my phone out of the store. I explained the importance of my documents. I explained what I was told. I explained why I needed to verify everything. Her response? A beautifully delivered: "Well, I don't know what to tell you, but you're not taking it out of the store." Ah yes, the signature "I don't care, and I'm not going to pretend to" customer service technique. Very advanced. Meanwhile, I sat there for over an hour while she acted like I was asking her to perform a miracle instead of simply honoring what her coworker already told me. The level of inconvenience she projected could've powered the entire building. And then--shocking plot twist--the original representative finished with his customer, walked over, and politely told me, "Go ahead and take it home and bring it back in the morning." Imagine that: someone who actually knows how to speak to customers like human beings. Wild concept. To summarize: * He handled the situation correctly. * She handled it like customer service was a punishment she was forced to endure. If the goal is to drive customers away with attitude, hostility, and a complete lack of professionalism, Mia is absolutely nailing it. If not, someone might want to remind her that helping customers is literally the job.
