We accidentally blew a fuse on a portable stove and was referred by family to get it here. The store has a dedicated parking lot plus plenty of street parking so we were in and out in a jiff. We were greeted right away but they didn't have the fuse in stock. No fear though, he listened to what we needed and was able to improvise to make "pigtails" on an existing fuse so it could be soldered to the board. They did not offer an extended warranty because apparently you have to purchase a 179.00 membership. They used to always offer extended warranty for a cost. Then I was told that the item had to be returned in 14 days even though Sony even gives you a 60 trail. The product is not the issue but the store is. As well as I call a local number and it goes to a different country and as told we could not talk to a local store as they no longer take phones in the store. My husband wanted to know about the warranty stuff as he was u sure if he wanted to keep the item. Needless to say we will NO longer purchase from them. I think quality of service is so important.
