Only to find out they don't have a mechanism to input a number into their system. Be warned, if you don't have a physical card they can't help you. If your card doesn't read, they can't help you. It was a disappointing day... Drove quite a ways to get the stuff I wanted... Useless... You can't use it online to will-call the stuff either. Your only option is to pay an extra $100 to have it delivered... Totally disappointed. The management was apologetic, so I'm not listing it low because of anyone in the store, just terrible policies and limited options.

The store manager is extremely rude and has no respect for his employees. He yelled at one in front of me not realizing that a customer was close enough by to overhear. I was totally appalled. On another occasion, I saw an employee drop something, and another employee help pick it up as the store manager walked by and gave them a dirty look. If I was an employee of this store, I would not tolerate such rude and uncaring behavior on the part of my boss. It is amazing to me to see some of the same employees even remain working there.

The main difference is that Cash and carry has few organic items and they sometimes have even larger quantities of something than Costco (believe it or not). I like to eat a lot of fruit, so I get oranges often here. Their fresh produce has a large selection including various dressings. The meat selection is quite large as well. If you are looking at having a party and plan to cook a lot of food, have a large family, or just like to eat a lot of one item you'll like the options here and prices. In addition to food they have serving trays, forks, spoons, and bathroom supplies. The service is good and the place is clean and well maintained.

They carry a variety of goods for the entire family, including your fur babies. They seem to cater more towards certain brand names, like Teva, Keen, Shimano, Columbia and Born. They also have way more outdoors stuff like camping and fishing gear. Pretty decent prices and I noticed they carry a range of sizes from XS and up. I may find a piece of clothing that I really like at their other stores, but they may not carry that same thing in a larger/smaller size but here, you can find different sizes. I'm glad I stopped in and I'll return when I'm ready to hit the outdoors!!

Ordered three low-dollar items online for in-store pickup today. Drove to the retail store 2 hours…read moreafter ordering. Nobody manning the pickup desk, so I got in the pay-line. When it was my turn, I told them my last name and indicated order-pickup. I was told the items hadn't been pulled yet. Counter person said it can sometimes take 5-6 hours, or even a few days, to get online order items pulled and ready. I asked if I could just go get the items myself from the shelves, come back, match them up against my email-received receipt, and take them with me? Nope. Can't do that. Said I would have to go home, cancel the order online, and drive back to the store. I wasn't going to do that. Asked them if they could just cancel the order here at the checkout counter? Nope, can't do that. Said they could give me the 1-800 number to call to cancel the order, which I called, from the parking-lot. Operator said she would submit the cancellation, but that it could take 2-3 business days to process. All of this was utterly obtuse and inconvenient. When getting home, I found that the website doesn't allow cancellation of an order online anyway. The final insult? When I returned home I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. So much wrong with this. Never again, Sportsman's. Long time customer who now will not spend another dime with you. The logistics were inefficient enough, but it was the we-don't-care attitude that was acute.

So I pumped it up and just made sure it worked fine and was comfortable. I pumped it up and it didn't hold air after about five minutes and I went to return it and they said that they don't take returns on their garage sale items even though my item was defective and nonfunctional they really screwed me out of 160 dollars. I can't believe they didn't check the items to make sure they worked before putting them on that return shelf.
