I decided to buy the supplies and go elsewhere for my paint. When I checked out, I was asked if I found everything and responded with a no. The employee still firmly on his stool asked what I needed and I advised I was wanting to buy some paint . The response was, "Oh well, that's the way it goes." No offer to help. I now know that this store is unwilling/unable to meet even the most basic hardware needs. Go elsewhere.

Our interior designer stepped in, when I found myself completely 'out of gas' after selecting the prints for her to source, to recommend Finer Frames to do the work because she knew they did great work and with good turnaround times too. Right on all counts! We have a lot of custom framed art in our home, collected by working with framing galleries over the last 40 years as we moved around, and so I very much appreciated that the gallery owner, Meg, who was also the framer for our prints approached it with the eye of an artist, which she also is. Her frame stock recommendation resulted in the perfect choice. The work was expertly done and the turnaround time was excellent too. We have used a couple of other framing galleries in the area over the last seven years, we have been happy with both businesses for their strengths but also knowing their weaknesses we chose one or the other depending on the project. But Finer Frames will now be our one and only choice going forward for any project. We recently had a chance to "kick the tires" on the lifetime warranty clause, having a few of our blinds "squeaking" and a few were hard to roll up. Called the company on Eagle and they had one of their install experts drop in .. he called before coming by and was true to the time guess. Ben was a pro, came in observed the issues and then went about fixing everything. He explained the why behind the what AND showed us how to fix if the noise ever returned. All in all .. great experience. The only ding was the $75 service fee which I understand .. but cost them one star in the review today :)
