The sales rep completely misrepresented the monthly cost for switching to Verizon. She said it would be $45 a month, but my 1st bill is $148.77. National customer service said I would need 2 lines to get $45 a month, but the rep knew we were talking about 1 line. She was very nice, but gave me a big mess! Now I have to switch back to my old provider. I have to wait again to get my account number, because the 1st V rep didn't have it. So terrible customer service all around. read more

Terrible experience switching over to Verizon. Lied about phones and service. Went back in to ask about it after we received the bill and they just looked at us like "oh well"! There needs to be a sign up that states they are not a corporate verizon store. I would've never signed up or went there. So sorry we switched over to this company. I recently had a disappointing experience with Brandon at this retail store. In February, he helped me set up new phone lines, promising that the smartwatches would work seamlessly with the phones and didn't require my phone to function. However, when I received the watch, I discovered that it was an incorrect model with a different IMEI number from the one listed on my account profile. When I took the issue to the corporate store, they confirmed that there was an error and told me that Brandon would need to fix it. After waiting a few weeks to calm down, I returned to the store with Brandon and explained the issue again. I asked for him to fix the problem and provide credits to my account since we were paying for a service that wasn't functioning.I kept the conversation brief with Brandon. surprisingly handed me his personal phone to talk to a representative on the phone. Which was unprofessional due to his notifications being displayed for me to see. During the call, I expressed my concerns and issues to the representative, who then put me on hold. Brandon became confrontational and raised his voice at me, despite me remaining calm. When I asked him to stop raising his voice and provide proof of the changes he made, he continued to deflect my questions and eventually admitted that he didn't submit the change and there was no change to our account. The experience was unprofessional and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this office or Brandon for assistance. read more

Brianna really helped us out today. I came in with a SIM card issue, and we ended up leaving with an upgraded phone and adding a line because of the great customer service. I had no clue I was on an old plan with 4G instead of 5G. Brianna also stayed a little past closing to make sure everything was secure with service. Verizon disconnected service to my 89 year old mother in a nursing home, all to sell her a new phone & increase charges. She has been with Verizon for over 15 years. Their disconnect left her unable to contact family & friends during this difficult time. I was able to purchase a new Apple SE phone & roll her number over & add a second line to my existing account for only $8.00 per month. Their charges & customer service are among the worst in the market. I personally moved from Verizon a couple of years ago & was able to purchase a new phone with monthly payments 50% less. I would Not recommend Verizon to anyone. read more

Sadly I can't leave 0 stars. It's been a long time since I've run into a customer service person lying to me after me questioning him several times but it looks like this Verizon branch is going old school. I went here to add a line and upgrade 2 devices and I was offered a "free" I-Pad and Apple Watch. I questioned the sales consultant 2 times to make sure there wasn't a charge for either of these products and asked a third time if there was any benefit to not taking these products and he said no, they are free. This, of course, was not true, there was $10 a month added to my bill for the I-Pad and $5 a month added for the watch He also offered me the warranty protection and I declined it 3 times only to find out that when I checked the account the next day it was slipped in there. When I went to return the watch and pad I was charged a $50 each restocking fee because I opened the package. Nothing was ever signed for all this. I plan on contacting everyone I can at Verizon to complain about being lied to. They tried to push me off to the next day so we could talk to Conner or Colin, whatever his name was only to get there and have him avoid us completely. read more

Fixed my phone when I had a huge problem at another store with rude and non-helpful employees with my business account, totally recommend!

DO NOT GO to this store for mobile purchases. I came in to the store new to the state of Indiana and needed internet for my apartment. The gentlemen who sold me a hot spot was nice, and knowledgeable, and I never saw this employee again the following trips to the store. Needless to say, I returned to the the store about 3 weeks later to return/exchange the device because it was not providing enough power for all my devices. 30 day return policy, and the gentlemen who sold me the device, waived my restocking fee because he knew my situation and that I could need a more powerful device. (Again, never saw him again). So as I return to the store the employee, tells me I am within the return policy and have everything I need from the device and instructions, and paper work. She goes to get the ok from her manager of the store, and come out about 10 minutes later I'd day to inform my that they will be changing me $100 to return due to a missing piece in the box, the manager explained it was a "missing box fee" . The part he was referring to was the cardboard insert that separated some pieces of the equipment in the box.. the manager wanted to charge me $100 for a piece of cardboard. What also blew my mind is he said "all you have to do is find the cardboard piece and you can return it, knowing damn well I probably tossed the small cardboard. I promptly left and contacted the corporate office for the company who assured me that that charge is fake and is not something I should pay. Well ya, it's a piece of paper essentially. So the corporate office told me they will speak with the district manager of the area and get back to me in 3 days so I can go to the store and get my return. It never happened. I called a week later and actually spoke with the same guy in corporate from the week before and said I would get a call with in 3 hours, if not, to call back. It didn't happen. So I called back and he said "ok ill get back to you". It never happened. So I went to the store again, explained the managers and corporate office I spoke to, and maybe spooked them or they did get a call from corporate but it was returned. DO NOT EVER, go to this store or even company for that matter to get a mobile device. They will do anything in there power to take your hard earned money, even as much as make rules up to force you to pay. They do not care about customer service, they are hustlers and deceiving. You will regret buying any products because if anything were to go wrong, or the product was not suitable, your either stuck with it or will be paying out of pocket just to get rid of it. Go to a real Verizon retailer. read more
