As I was walking out, I realized the bottom of the screen didn't work correctly, so I went back. They apologized and replaced the screen and added a screen protector for free in about 7 minutes. Rebecca and Rashid were super easy to work with, kind and great examples of quality customer service. Rashid told me this is the third location he's had. First was a kiosk in 2006, then store 1 was in 2011 (still in the mall), followed by this store in 2016. With service like this, I expect them to stay around for a long time!

I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up. I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. I sincerely appreciate that he didn't make me pay for an unnecessary repair or sell me the wrong charger.

I was charged for 2 months service for the temporary number I was assigned BECAUSE THEY SCREENED UP AND DID NOT PORT OVER MY NUMBER. So ATT never cancelled my service and kept billing me. Thing is, there is no human you can speak with to cure an issue like this. It's all done by AI or chat. I strongly urge you to stay away from this service.

Called the second time & requested another line which dumped me to another line that had a person who was speaking english? She thought! Anyway she was going to transfer me & ten minutes later came back on telling me she couldn't contact anyone & to please be patient. I told her I would give her 5 more minutes & then disconnect her. 5 minutes passed & I told her goodbye with a 10 second countdown. She finally called back & said she had someone on the line & they proceeded to tell me the $200 Rewards Card was only available if you order on-line. Better known as bait & switch in marketing! I told her this is the same BS they tried to pull on me when I was trying to setup a landline phone line when my 95 year old Mother-in-Law moved here 12/1/2021.
