This area is over taken with Game Stops, but this location has to be the most convenient because…read moreit's in a mall so it's easy to just stop in while doing other shopping.  They also don't waste any space in this small store.  There's a good amount of room to still walk around but everywhere else, there is a stock pile of games, t-shirts amd figurines.  My husband loves GameStop, so all visits to this mall requires a stop in here.  The staff is always friendly and helpful.  If they are busy when you enter the store they always make sure they ask what they can help you with as soon as they are done.  Great staff and great store.

The phone didn't ship until after the date they had guaranteed I would receive it. So as impatient as I am I went and bought it. Got my phone a week later and came to the store to return it. Tone of voice just makes me want to stab myself in the ears. Talking down to me when customer care told me to come into the store. I just don't understand how this store is even still open.

Came in, 3 employees were just standing there not paying attention at all. Someone did come in not…read moretoo long but still obnoxious to have to stand awkwardly. The store is set up really nice and the store is extremely busy. If it wasn't for my husband needing to come in, I would avoid this place at all costs. I honestly havent liked Apple as a whole since iphones started being a thing. Their products are repetitive and not very unique in my opinion. That coupled with my social anxiety (so the crowds make me feel comfortable) I really dont like coming here at all. We did get fairly quick service and the employees are friendly so I dont feel comfortable giving a 1 or 2 star review. The employees are friendly and we even got to chatting about Magic The Gathering. Probably won't be back but would recommend this location to Apple lovers.
