A call back saying "if you'd like us to come out it will be $150 dollar service fee because door adjustment is part of delivery. "Door adjustment is in the owners manual or I can explain how to do it now." So here is my review, I WILL NEVER purchase another anything from you. Nor will I recommend your company and at every conversation I have about appliance replacement I will have this exact conversation verbatim. I called the business on 3 different occasions to get service setup for a warranty claim on two of my GE appliances. This is frustrating alone because they aren't even a year old and I've already had two other maintenance calls on them. Although, I'm not here to gripe about my crappy appliances. I called Percy who is the owner and I assume the only employee for the third time mind you with no call back or text. He picks up this is late in the evening on the third call he tells me I'm already on the schedule and he doesn't know when he will be there.... no big deal I only called so I could explain to him the parts that he needed for my crappy appliances (if I sound a little bitter well I am just a little). Either way I begin to tell him what the models are of my appliances are and he tells me "Oh I have a maintenance call coming in I'll have to call you...." Well as you might imagine, I wasn't very happy with the guy because he is going to come to my house the day of and tell me oh I don't have the parts for your stuff I'll have to order it and come back out to fix them. It has happened like that every single time. So I promptly called GE and told them to assign me to a different company with some customer service I can appreciate.
