A call back saying "if you'd like us to come out it will be $150 dollar service fee because door adjustment is part of delivery. "Door adjustment is in the owners manual or I can explain how to do it now." So here is my review, I WILL NEVER purchase another anything from you. Nor will I recommend your company and at every conversation I have about appliance replacement I will have this exact conversation verbatim. I regret having purchased an appliance from you as the customer service from someone in India is much easier to accept then the service you provided this morning.

We actually upgraded for a nicer dryer on one of the options per their request. The Dryer is not good at all. Rarely completes drying the given load. Have to run it multiple times. The fridge broke down and stopped working within the first two months of having it. It is under "warranty," but don't let that confuse you. Because the warranty gives them no motivation (not profitable) to fix the product, the fridge has been broken for 5...going on 6 months without repair. Really bad experience being sold poor products.

I called the business on 3 different occasions to get service setup for a warranty claim on two of my GE appliances. This is frustrating alone because they aren't even a year old and I've already had two other maintenance calls on them. Although, I'm not here to gripe about my crappy appliances. I called Percy who is the owner and I assume the only employee for the third time mind you with no call back or text. He picks up this is late in the evening on the third call he tells me I'm already on the schedule and he doesn't know when he will be there.... no big deal I only called so I could explain to him the parts that he needed for my crappy appliances (if I sound a little bitter well I am just a little). Either way I begin to tell him what the models are of my appliances are and he tells me "Oh I have a maintenance call coming in I'll have to call you...." Well as you might imagine, I wasn't very happy with the guy because he is going to come to my house the day of and tell me oh I don't have the parts for your stuff I'll have to order it and come back out to fix them. It has happened like that every single time. So I promptly called GE and told them to assign me to a different company with some customer service I can appreciate.

Used to go there with him, then last trip I had an employee rudely inform me that pets are not allowed. I left to go to Lowes to get what I needed, noticed on exiting sure enough a sign in door(see photo) I hadn't looked as I never used to have issue, and HDs home website says they are dog friendly organization.
