We also purchased the extended warranty from Consumer Priority Service thru Camden. Sure enough, after the initial 1 yr new washer warranty expired, we started having problems with the washer not working. Camden has now been here three times. Saturday, Sept 26th, the circuit board was replaced and the service tech claimed it was now fixed. It is not fixed. We have contacted Camden, including talking to the store manager, and they cannot get anyone to come and look at it again until Oct 8. This has been going on now for a month and is not acceptable. We were told if we want someone to come any sooner, we should call Consumer Priority Service. I would not recommend this store again and would not give them any star at all if I could.

In 2014, I moved to another city near Chicago where I recently had trouble with a Ryobi lawnmower battery that was still under warranty. After 6 weeks of run-around from the Ryobi company, I was told by the Ryobi company to take my equipment to a service center. Not wishing to drive into Chicago, I opted to drive a little farther, back to Goshen where I was already familiar with the area and this company in particular. Zach was my contact person at Erv's and he did an EXCELLENT job of going to bat for me. He took the case to the parent company (wisely by-passing the runaround I had experienced with Ryobi) and after several rounds, he prevailed in getting all the issues resolved to proper satisfaction. He exemplified what customer service ought to look like everywhere, all the time. He was a gentleman and needed no prodding or convincing - he just did the right thing from the very beginning. It was well worth my two separate trips halfway across the state to have my faith in humanity be given the boost it received from interacting with such a competent customer service representative.

I had been hunting and hunting for bedroom furniture really considering buying some on facebook…read moremarketplace, but I wanted everything to somewhat match and was really worried about picking it up, finding a vehicle to fit it in, and bringing it up a full flight of stairs. I had looked on Bobs furniture and was ready to click checkout when I noticed it said "get it in 9-12 weeks" I said heck no, that won't work as we had just moved in and clothes were everywhere. We could barely walk in our bedroom and I can't live or think in that kind of chaos. I went here and found exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want anything too extravagant, just simple and sturdy. I also didn't want to pay thousands or have a huge dresser with a mirror (because I think they're outdated) nor did I want a huge bed with a hard headboard and footboard. I used to have one and all I ever did was run into the footboard and constantly bang up my legs on it. I ordered two tall dressers and two nightstands earlier in the week and it was delivered on Friday. My parents also had a great experience back in 2009 ordering an entire bedroom set that still looks brand new and it's been used plenty. If anyone says this is not high quality furniture, then they're nuts. I feel the prices were fair. I also liked the fact that Mike was very laid back and just let me look around without being pushy. It's a no frills kind of place and I like that. One reason why I avoided furniture stores to begin with is because their sales people tend to be like vultures and in Indianapolis, the discount place where we bought our sectional couch, lied through their teeth about a warranty so my trust had been shattered. This is a small town furniture store, in a small town, where everyone treats you like family. THANK YOU! SHOP LOCAL!
