We also purchased the extended warranty from Consumer Priority Service thru Camden. Sure enough, after the initial 1 yr new washer warranty expired, we started having problems with the washer not working. Camden has now been here three times. Saturday, Sept 26th, the circuit board was replaced and the service tech claimed it was now fixed. It is not fixed. We have contacted Camden, including talking to the store manager, and they cannot get anyone to come and look at it again until Oct 8. This has been going on now for a month and is not acceptable. We were told if we want someone to come any sooner, we should call Consumer Priority Service. I would not recommend this store again and would not give them any star at all if I could.
