Different refrigerator delivered on 08/23. During this time period I was in every day because Julie never returned a call and when I was in the excurs for the delays were: the repairman didn't show, I've got a delivery coming in tonight(this was used several times) and I forgot to call you after swearing she would call this time. Oh and the third refrigerator stopped working today, 09/30. She did replace the fridge twice which is the only reason I gave her the second star. I strongly advise steering clear of this business.

I did not change my mind and would not have changed my mind for one that didn't even fit in the area available for the refrigerator. And I would have never bought a bottom freezer because they are a service challenge because of extra mechanism. They promised to deliver one that was working and then backed off that promise and have cut off their phone. I've had good experience with this firm before, however I'm out $275 plus a lot of hassle. Received a call the next morning shortly after 8:00 a.m. They got me in earlier than expected since there was a cancellation. A part was ordered (I have an old stove), it was in the next day, but when the box was opened, it was the item wanted but the igniter was on the opposite side with no way to fix it. Joe W., the technician, made phone calls and went out of his way to get the correct part so I would not have to wait 8-days for a part to be shipped from across the country. I appreciate it, the oven and stove now work better than when it was new. Now if you had a technician who can also fix treadmills I'd be all set.

I need to call LG and tell them that he said it can't be fixed and they would give money towards a new fridge or replace the one we have. After calling LG this business is NOT LG certified and I have to have another service call by certified LG shop. The technician was at my house for less than five minutes but walked away with an 80 dollar service fee that I now have to pay again for another service call. When asked to have my money refunded I was told that it wasn't going to happen. Do not trust this business they will misrepresent themselves and take your money only for you to have to pay it to another technician that is qualified.
