Heather at the shop said she would send Byron the very next day .We were thrilled to be getting Byron because of all his reviews. He arrived spot on . He was super super sweet and he knew his stuff. My hubby and self learned a whole bunch from him about front load washers . Stuff we never knew but made sense. He needed to order parts and set up another install day. Heather in office notified us what the entire cost would be and made sure we knew this upfront. Bryon was back within the week and put a new drain pump in . Took less than an hour. We had out of town company college age who was impressed at how fast Byron was as well. Workin like brand new and so quiet.
