We decided that having to replace a 4 year old $2500. Samsung from Home Depot that shopping local would be a better choice. No, $1859. Tax, $175. Delivery/Removal fee $385 for the extra warranty and asking my nieghbor to be here because Thursday is the only day.... What did it get me when I called this morning two weeks after delivery when we finally figured out that the doors aren't level and now the gasket is worn slightly. A call back saying "if you'd like us to come out it will be $150 dollar service fee because door adjustment is part of delivery. "Door adjustment is in the owners manual or I can explain how to do it now." So here is my review, I WILL NEVER purchase another anything from you. Nor will I recommend your company and at every conversation I have about appliance replacement I will have this exact conversation verbatim. I regret having purchased an appliance from you as the customer service from someone in India is much easier to accept then the service you provided this morning. read more

We had a very poor experience with Camden Appliance -- Niles. The sales team did a great job, got us sold for two dryers, a washer, and a fridge. Very friendly. We actually upgraded for a nicer dryer on one of the options per their request. The Dryer is not good at all. Rarely completes drying the given load. Have to run it multiple times. The fridge broke down and stopped working within the first two months of having it. It is under "warranty," but don't let that confuse you. Because the warranty gives them no motivation (not profitable) to fix the product, the fridge has been broken for 5...going on 6 months without repair. Really bad experience being sold poor products. read more

I bought a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer from them. Stove ignition switch went out in a year. I have the extended warranty. And I wanted them to do the repairs. They came so highly recommended. But after a rude Appointment making process. Where I was told to either have someone Wait at my house. Or go to someone else if I work till 4:30 everyday. I did a Saturday waited 2 weeks. They didn't have the part. They never called me to let me know what they were going to do. I had to chase them and wait another 2 weeks before getting things fixed. Because I can't leave work to sit and wait. The earliest I could be Home is 5. Sad to shop local to have poor communication and service on things you bought from them. Will not buy again or recommend for those reasons. read more

We recently purchased a washer & dryer set from Camden's and the experience was great. I did some research and decided what we wanted and Camden's had the best price. The sales person was professional, listened to us and wasn't high pressure etc. We purchased the set and setup an installation date/time. The installers called before they got to the house and were very professional. They took away our old washer and dryer, setup the new ones and gave us an overview of the operations. I am making a review regarding Camden's appliances in Niles Michigan. They were beautiful. I've purchased a washer and dryer and they delivered it only to find out that I needed. And electric dryer instead of a gas dryer. They went to the warehouse and brought me an electric dryer and charged no extra charge. They were so gracious about it they said don't worry a lot of people make this mistake the following day when I washed in the washing machine, I was concerned about the sound, they sent a repairman out and he explained where I had made a mistake and the machine is fine. I love these people they stand behind their product and their product is good. If you ever need a washer or a dryer or appliance, please go by and check please you will not be displeased. If you ever want to get a fridge just for it to break down in a couple months then come here! And then after it breaks, you'll wait over a month and a half to get it fixed and get the replacement fridge out! At least they gave a temp fridge but 2 fridges in one small kitchen for almost 2 months is not ideal when it's blocking your cabinets. I'm never coming here again nor is anyone I know read more

We recently bought a washer, dryer and dishwasher from Camden's. The washer and dryer were scratch and dent items. Not only did we get a great price, but they work perfect. The dishwasher leaked right out of the box. I called a repairman out who found it to be a problem with the way it was built. NOT Camden's fault. He suggested I call Camden's and get a replacement. They replaced the faulty unit with no problem and apologized over and over for our inconvenience. Great people and great products! (But beware of frigidaire) read more

I got an awesome refrigerator from camdens. Its a frigidaire galaxy that is smudge free stainless steel. I was skeptical about stainless but it looks awesome. They had a large selection and were very helpful. I want to redo the rest of my kitchen and will be going back to camdens when I do so. read more
