I picked Mini Storage Depot because their rates where very competitive and their customer service was outstanding. The gals in the office were so kind, professional and helpful! They gave me great suggestions as far as things to do locally and were very accommodating. Last minute on Saturday, I needed an additional storage unit and Mary was quick and amazing. I also really like the autopay option they offer. I have a very busy schedule and paying rent is one less thing I have to remember. Thank you!

However this establishment is relentless with emails and calls harrasing their tenants if ypu are late on rent. They will assume that you are leaving items when you are simply late on rent. When a person is willing to pay any late fees added without complaints why does this company ferl the need to harass and be so mean? I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
