I rent a unit from the Sonrise center for my Dog grooming business. I have been at this location for going on 4 years now. My decision renting from the Sonrise center was a smart one. The reasoning was the location at first, but now it's more than that. It has become a business slash friendship. The owner of the Sonrise center Rick Schpok is one man who is very business oriented but shows you that you can trust him and always count on him at times of need. The Sonrise buildings are always well maintained and if any problems arose Mr. Schpok has it taken care of immediately. In the future if I want to expand my business I can do so by the space Sonrise center has available. When my deliveries get delivered there is plenty of space for the delivery trucks to turn around.
