She was able to help me in a quick and timely manner. She had also had a few people in there that had walked in after I had with many questions and issues and she was able to multitask attend to every need. I highly recommend this facility it's very clean and efficient. I would definitely recommend it to anybody that would need some storage needs! If you ever go into the office and she is there she will treat you very well and she has a fantastic friendly attitude and a great smile!

There are so many hidden fees and when I asked them about said fees and to explain they would not only switch the names of the fees but they wouldn't even know which fees we were talking about, it was just a mess. The old lady working here was disrespectful, rude and almost treated me as if I was a child when explaining the extra fees I was being charged. I decided not to rent here and never got my money refunded. Honestly do not recommend this place whatsoever if I could give this place zero stars I would.

Arrived late at the drop off location and delivered 90% of my furniture damaged. Scratches in bookcases and cherry wood dining room table. A busted TV stand that they attempted to hide the damage but it fell over after they left. My dresser drawers no longer stay closed and the corners of every piece of furniture are damaged and missing pieces. CANNOT PUT OUT A STRONGER WARNING. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If Damien and Antwon show up at your door - WATCH OUT!
