They did it all virtually, which was awesome! Getting in and out has never been an issue, as I use an app on my phone so the gate is ready to open as soon as I approach. The property is always well lit and clean. The couple of times I've had to contact the offices with questions, they have always been extremely helpful and polite. At one time, my debit card was stolen so my payment declined and they were never rude or judgemental about the declined payment (before they knew it was because of a stolen card). That speaks volumes about their professionalism. For me, this location is just a couple blocks from my apartment at Northpointe so it's also super convenient as I can literally walk to my unit in 5 minutes. Thanks and keep up the great work. I am planning on continuing with my unit as long as I remain in this area. It's super nice having extra storage for clothing, seasonal items, great deals, gifts, etc. Thanks again Martin

After a whole year being a customer with this people I went…read morein last month (end of June/2015) to give my notice, the manager told me that I was going to get charged for another month because I have to give them a month notice so I was ok with it. On July 31st I started moving out of the storage and before the end of the day I was done with the moving. First thing in the morning on August 1st I went back into the storage to sweep the floor because I didn't wanted to risk getting some kind of charge for not cleaning after the move out but.... BIG FREAKING MISTAKE! On August 3rd when I was looking at my bank account online I noticed that they had already charged me for the corrent month when I wasn't supposed to be charged anymore. So I called mini storage depot and this is what I got from the manager, since I didn't moved out on July 31st like I was supposed to, I was getting charged for a whole month just because I decided to go back in and clean up the stupid storage unit. He also told me a bunch of lies claiming that he had another customer lined up that was going to rent the same unit that I was in and that the customer ended up going somewhere else because of me, I told him that he was lying because I was there for a whole year and saw the bunch of empty units they have everywhere, what a stupid excuse! Finally I told him that I would never make business with them again and that I was going to do my best to stop other people from getting abused from them just for trying to leave a good impression and be a good customer. He didn't care, He added this; "well sir, make sure you tell your friends to read our teams and conditions to avoid getting charged like you did". I just said; "what a way to treat your customers". NEVER were any fees disclosed or agreed to. they just make up things as they go along. Family owned SCAM and they are all in on it. they are also using several different addresses and charging your credit card under JMS Rentals.
