****BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS**** Alex, the "so called" Manager who appears to be too young and obviously does NOT know how to run this place. He auctioned off my unit but the buyer hadn't picked it up yet so Alex told me I could pay for it and keep my unit. Upon arriving to pay Alex, the person who bought my unit was loading my things onto a trailer and was a very pleasant person. After I found Alex, he tried telling me that he can't let me have my things because he was wrong telling me I could pay and keep my unit. Alex came screaming at me while I was talking to the person who purchased my unit as if he was the police. This place is NOT a place to use and not the 1st issue we've had with Sturgis Storage but the 2nd. Alex needs to be fired and reprimanded for his behavior. Alex does NOT know what he is doing!! This is the worst storage place ever.. The 1st time we used Sturgis Storage in 2015, the unit door suddenly slammed down with 4 ppl in it and the youngest one stuck in the unit was 11 yrs old and almost hit by the run down units door.
