They did it all virtually, which was awesome! Getting in and out has never been an issue, as I use an app on my phone so the gate is ready to open as soon as I approach. The property is always well lit and clean. The couple of times I've had to contact the offices with questions, they have always been extremely helpful and polite. At one time, my debit card was stolen so my payment declined and they were never rude or judgemental about the declined payment (before they knew it was because of a stolen card). That speaks volumes about their professionalism. For me, this location is just a couple blocks from my apartment at Northpointe so it's also super convenient as I can literally walk to my unit in 5 minutes. Thanks and keep up the great work. I am planning on continuing with my unit as long as I remain in this area. It's super nice having extra storage for clothing, seasonal items, great deals, gifts, etc. Thanks again Martin

After 15 phone calls,…read moretrying to get them a copy of my insurance papers (sent two copies to two differing addresses given) so they would stop debiting my account an additonal $8/mo. per locker, they still haven't rescinded the charges or refunded my money. We also lost our key to one locker. That was over 10 days and 3 phone calls ago. When I was finally contacted by Manager?/owner?/caretaker? (never did ascertain what kind of chain of command they have), the person was rude and patronizing, even laughing at me and then denying it!! We are going to have to drill out the lock at our own cost, (the person finally offered, but my trust was so badly shaken at this point, I didn't trust this person) and then move our things. When a customer presents a problem, the person in charge should not be LAUGHING AND INSULTING to that customer. I wanted to yell at this hole so badly, but I kept my tongue. What I got in return was appalling in its scope. I would advise NO ONE to do business with these people ever! ( sorry my writing is so erratic; I just got off the phone with that Bozo!)
