Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

Move Eaze, as a company, has a great professional side as well as a sense of humor. This is the…read more2nd time in 8 months that my family called on them for an elderly relative's move . This was not simple or routine, as there were a lot of moving parts, stops, and specific & picky directions... by said relative. From the office manager to the movers, everyone was wonderful. Communication, promptness were great. Always kind, good attitude, and patient . We booked last minute and they fit us in on the date we that had to have. Both moves, Melissa, Jim, and crew were very accommodating with competitive pricing. They all went above & beyond for us, keeping a great attitude under pressure, for a very difficult client. We had multiple stops under Covid 19 protocol in the nursing homes, and all while it was about 90° and humid. Thank you Move Eaze. We will recommend you every chance we get! Shannon & Kim

However, in the last 6months I have been taking advantage of their wash and fold service. The store that I visit is in Granger Indiana, store number 8. Annette is the lady in waiting each time I go there and she is always kind. I do not know how she does it, but I pack my bags heavy each time and she patiently gets them out, and at pick up she is always keen to let me know how I was a little over but not to worry about it. Well, I have been taking better care in filling my bags now. And I am very thankful for her patience with me. Thank you Annette! Until next time
