He even verified stock in the back as the inventory system was being finicky. Overall a great experience, we bought from a trusted brand that had great reviews and believe we got the best bang for our buck. However, we did have one minor grievance. It would seem that most appliances are no longer kept in stock at the store and Lowe's now sources most of their appliances through their central distribution hub. I'm not the biggest fan of this, while I did get my appliance delivered the next day I would have rather bought it in the store and taken it home same day, as I had the means to do so. 10/10 would buy there again.

Received a call the next morning shortly after 8:00 a.m. They got me in earlier than expected since there was a cancellation. A part was ordered (I have an old stove), it was in the next day, but when the box was opened, it was the item wanted but the igniter was on the opposite side with no way to fix it. Joe W., the technician, made phone calls and went out of his way to get the correct part so I would not have to wait 8-days for a part to be shipped from across the country. I appreciate it, the oven and stove now work better than when it was new. Now if you had a technician who can also fix treadmills I'd be all set.
