Every contact we have had with Wolverine employees has been a delightful experience. Recently during the annual service, the technician took the time to explain the things we needed to watch for which we found very helpful. I did not realize that after a long usage, due to an outage, the oil needs to be checked. I also did not realize that Wolverine left a quart of oil in the generator to use if needed. The serviceman showed me how to check the oil and where it was stored for future use. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Rob W

Most recently, I had a small leak in an elbow connection that was in a pretty difficult spot to access. Finally, last Saturday we concluded that the water was coming from inside the plumbing wall. I called Town and Country this morning, and was given an appointment for tomorrow, which would work, but require that we delay our return home. The person who answered the phone said there was a possibility that a technician might be freed up today. At noon we received a call from "Dave" of Town and Country. He said he was "20 minutes away". Dave came, diagnosed exactly where the leak in our drain piping was ( inside the plumbing wall). He carefully cut away the wood for access, in such a way the it can be easily reconstructed. He reconfigured the PVC drain assembly perfectly, and also rebuilt the under sink drain piping assembly. Work was fast and excellent...and the mysterious leak has finally been fixed! A very positive experience! Excellent work by "Dave" and excellent response by Town and Country Plumbing! Paul E.

We love that Olson Electric is a family business that has continued from one son to the next. In addition to the Olson family, their employees have also been working with them long term, and in generations, which speaks volumes to the trust and competency of Olson Electric. Four of their employees came the other day to remove about 30 old electric wall heaters that are no longer in use, as well as installing some new light fixtures. They were efficient, friendly and competent, and Greg Olson popped in that day to make sure all was going well. They discovered a signature on some original electrical work that belonged to his grandfather, and realized that his grandfather had wired the whole house when it was built around 1970! Greg said if his grandfather wired it, it was wired well :). Our family has been using them and in good hands ever since :).
