Then the cashier proceeded to help the girl select four or five pieces of jewelry. And of course the girl didn't know what she wanted. She said I'm so undecided. So here I wait the customer that was in line 1st on the cashier to help a different customer. No other cashiers available. I called the manager. And he sent another cashier. It's basic common sense and customer service to serve the customer who is in line 1st. What made that other customer so special and I had to wait additional five minutes for a second cashier to come up And i had to call for?
